Downtown Coffee — Restaurant in New York

Worst place ever, the cashier was on the phone while taking orders, I order coffee he gave me iced coffee and I told him that's wrong order he gave me attitude plus the coffee it self taste very bad and the chocolate corrosion was frozen and microwave heated. The full experience was awful specially with the cashier attitude. Don't ever go there save your money and don't ruin your day. Now the guy reply and you see his attitude even in the reply and that's what I was talking about and he was on the phone all the time while taking the order and I drunk your bad coffee because I just need something...

Needed a public restroom by pier 36 for the Liberty Cruise and unfortunately there's no public toilets anywhere near there. We walked and stumbled across this coffee shop, which was very quaint and aesthetically pleasing. Blue was our host, and was amazingly friendly. The iced coffee was as refreshing as the Aircon, and the service was friendlier than that of other coffee shops we'd received in upper Manhattan. I live right up the block from this coffee shop and I if I can I try to go everyday for a coffee. I always get a large coffee with vanilla and half and half and it’s the absolute best/ smoothest tasting coffee I’ve had here in LES. The coffee is never over brewed or sour tasting and it’s always hot and fresh. I also sometimes get their cheddar chive biscuit, warm of course, and I love their reward point system that occasionally gifts you a free coffee! I’m gonna miss this coffee shop...
