Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Poor customer service. I ordered a milkshake received it with no straw. Woman that made my food “a croissant And wrapped” when done calls the number for the receipt but I did not grab the Receipt because most of the timed if not always they just Callout the item itself and not the number but the lady decides to call the number ...oki so I just asked politely what is the item in the bag then She replied rudely that I need the receipt and failed to tell me the item in the bag thankfully the lady in the counter grabbed the receipt and gave it to me but one bad apple ruins the bunch and well thanks to that one parson I had a overall bad experience I would avoid if you can. Next time I will go to the one A bit farther off to avoid the experience...

The health department should take a look at this place. Not only do they use the bathroom to store the donut racks. The night staff is rude and nasty. I came here at night for tea, the place was busy I placed my order, waited a few minutes, they gave me the wrong tea so I had to wait even longer. The whole time i was waiting i noticed an empty cup unattended on one of the tables I preceeded to remove it and put it in the trash so that my friend and I can sit, a few seconds later one of the employees walks and starts accusing me of dumping her drink. I told her the cup was just sitting there EMPTY, she then goes into the trash bin, retrives her cup takes a sip and goes behind the counter and starts...

Nice workers, but the manager, a big tall bald guy ( not sure, maybe owner ).... is a total.... mule!! I asked for a coffee roll heated with butter on it.... and he said he cant do it. ....basically it's because he just didn't want to make it that way for me ( is not against dunkin rules ). ..... also another time , a separate occasion..... he was yelling at his workers...........i felt so bad for his workers. He really embarrassed them. How can anyone work for such a mule like this guy is beyond me. I hope all his workers leave him at once........... he shouldn't treat...
