Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is the worst Dunkin store. I went there twice and there was a lady who never listen to customer’s whole order and start moving around. Today I went there around 6 to 6:30 pm and wanted to use my 900 reward points for a free latte but she doesn’t know how to use the register for rewards and charged me for my latte. When I went there to show that she charged me extra and my all reward points were gone, she was being so rude and literally told me don’t come to this store even though I was telling her nicely. She doesn’t even put her name tag on because she knows she will get a lot of complain. Even another customer was telling me she is always like that. It was near my new apartment but I am never gonna go...

So today I accidentally ordered here, tried calling to cancel order but was told manager wasn’t there to cancel it. I asked the lady I was on the phone with if they can make me a new coffee since by the time I get there the ice would have melted. She told me it was fine. I get there and asked the guy if he could make me a new one and explained I had ordered here by mistake. He kept asking why and even told me next time don’t order here. Dunkin at this gas station is very narrow, not much space for 5 customer to stand.
