Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I cannot tell you the amount of times I have ordered on the website or Uber Eats and got wrong orders. I either got someone else's order, or staff does not follow dietary instructions, or a few items are missing. Ineptness occurs pretty often. I don't know if certain items are out of stock and they just don't include the item or staff is just not great at fulfilling orders. And it seems the same issue happens in person. ALWAYS thoroughly check your order before leaving no matter how simple it is. Even if it's just a beverage you asked for, check it to be sure they fulfilled the order correctly. The staff need to work on fulfilling orders accurately.

Rating for Food is a 2 because they could possibly mess up your order (missing/wrong items, missing ingredients or wrong ingredients altogether).

Rating for Service is a 3 because while staff are nice in person, they lack skills to fulfill delivery orders. That is a big deal considering there are customers who were looking forward to what they had requested.

I Been Living In This Neighborhood for over 52 years and I have never experienced such rude disrespectful of service in this Dunkin donut until today. I place and Order med Latte 2 Pumpkin donuts and A Bagel twist .I Presented my TMoble Tues Day Coupon to get my discount.the Rude cashier just continued tell me the amount of my order without the discount.I began to explain to her that the discounts was not deducted. I informed her , She was become a little to loud and It was Not called for .to let me see a manager. I was told there is no Manager now To Pay . First She Never told me the coupon didn’t ,or wasn’t working she just demanded payment. Then she begins to stated maybe I used it or it experienced but she never look at the coupon or request help or a solution to fix it. Ever since they got new management the donuts have not been fresh. Yes a Dunkin DONUTS with old donuts. Two days in a row I’ve come there a little after 9am and the donuts were dry and stale. I grew up as a child eating Dunkin and I’m 50 this is not it. The only reason I got them was because I forgot what they gave the day before. If it were Dunkin just going down as a company then hell I see it. No it’s the Dunkin in NYC where they are owned by people from other countries who don’t throw food away. They’ll sell you anything old or otherwise to make the money forget about integrity. There is absolutely nothing they say otherwise just get your crap together stop selling people...
