Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

this Dunkin location used to be the best when the old staff was there. Now it is Unorganized and just a completely frustrating experience in the morning. I place my on the go order at least 15 minutes in advance which is ridiculous already, so that I can ensure its there when I arrive. The on the go orders are stored behind the counter by the ice cream toppings where no one can get to them. You have to wait to get someone's attention to ask for your order every time. There is always a huddle of angry patrons that have been waiting an excessive amount of time for their breakfast and staff is always confused about any orders. the on the go process serves no purpose as you are still waiting 10-15 minutes for your order. today the staff took a wrap out of someone else's order that had been sitting there the whole time i was waiting, and gave it to me. I had to ask for a new one as it was already cold and a guest had already touched it claiming it wasn't hers. This...

Apparently you cannot combine gift cards when purchasing from this store. Last time I checked, gift cards were an acceptable payment method. If management has this policy, a sign should be posted since this has never been an issue at any other Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins location.

The employee was saying this is why you should pay before they serve you… as if I told her to give me the items before I pay. That’s just how it is everywhere. Maybe management should take their employee’s recommendation into consideration instead of her telling me this, as if I have any say over the way...

Tried the new pesto and tomato geilled cheese.. the blood orange iced drink...the grilled cheese was nothing special and the sour dough bread tasted more microwaved than toasted...n Would not recommend.. the drink was unique and tasty...if you don't mind the sugar...the location was noticebly dirty ...floors look like they had not been mopped in weeks..def a turnoff.. the only bright spot was the cashier... she was warm and friendly and when i walked out without my entire order... she had my missing items put aside so i did not have to wait further...otherwise this...
