THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! MORNING STAFF IS THE WORST!ORDERED 2 DECAF COFFEES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE IT READY,BUT WE SAT DOWN WITH OUR SO CALLED DECAFS ANS SAW THAT THEY ONLY HAD 1 POT OF REGULAR COFFEE BREWED ON A BURNER!!WHAT?!?!I ASKED THE LADY IF SHE INFACT SOLD US DECAFS AND SHE CONTINUED LYING WITHOUT ANY SHAME THAT SHE SOLD US DECAF 3 SECONDS AGO! AFTER THAT MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE ORDERING DECAF SINCE THEY WILL LIE JUST TO MAKE A SALE! ALSO,NEVER USE THEIR RESTROOMS SINCE AS SOON AS THE LADY BUZES YOU IN IF SOMEONE WANTS TO USE IT SAME EXACT MINUTE SHE'LL ALSO BUZZ THAT PERSON IN WHICH WILL RESULT IN EMBARRASSING MOMENT OF SOMEONE WALKING IN ON YOU! CLEARLY THEY DO IT FOR FUN!ALSO WHISPERS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND GIGGLING AT OTHER CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE! THE LITTLE OLDER LADY THAT RESEMBLES AN OWL IS VERY ANGRY AMD QUITE EVIL....THEY ARE SO LAZY TO BREW DECAF THEY ARE WILLING TO POUR SOME REGULAR COFFEE IN THE DECAF CONTAINER! I WITNESSED THAT MYSELF...

I go through Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through daily and I never had a good experience. I should’ve learned my lesson but I always try giving them a chance. I use the Dunkin’ Donuts app, so there should be no question, however even if I go during peak times the coffee is cold when it’s supposed to be hot. I like being able to place an order on the app ahead of time to get to work on time but I have to say that is also not worth it. They have never gotten my order right! I shouldn’t have to check my order to make sure that the 3 things that I ordered are correct! And forget about eating anything toasted they never warm anything up. Straight up chewing on a rock early in the morning. The ladies behind the drive through kiosk are straight up rude and talk about attitude it’s atrocious! Whether I ask for no ice or less ice they can never accommodate. I ask for a receipt and they never give me one. Also for the DD free perk beverage they charge me for cream whereas other...

I went to get some cappuccino blast with Oreo’s cookies & cream drink as usual I order. But around 7:45 there were two ladies working extremely rude & I asked them to put no ice because they load the whole drink with the ice. One of the lady said she’ll need to put extra scoop of ice cream & I was fine with it ,also I agreed to pay extra.but instead the lady started arguing telling me that the drink will come out watery when it’s not true because she wanted to put water instead of ice. This is very rude & unprofessional because if a customer is requesting you to make a drink certain way & then you are being rude & informing them with wrong information ,even though they are willing to pay double the price of the drink. Very unprofessional staff owner needs to look into this. Otherwise it’s the least favourite Dunkin in the neighbourhood & I won’t be surprised if it shuts down...
