I usually get my coffe here I never order breakfast but today I had not time to eat breakfast at home so I ordered for ham egg ans I asked the guy if they have jalapeños and he responded with very bad actitud he said I will make the way you want, not the way I want . I said i just asking if you have . Before I order . He said of course we have what you think ? bad never go back there . Too early for this.

The store is located in the Dyker Heights/Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. I have purchased various bagels and different salads for several years. The tuna salad, egg salad and shrimp salad are very good. They offer a variety of cold cuts and drinks. They also will prepare hot food. Friendly and helpful staff. Service is fast.

For 7$ it is a quality BEC. They do have good bagels and would recommend them. I’d say best on 86th Street and right of the BQE. Only thing lacking from the sandwich was the extra ketchup I asked for but not a deal breaker. But that is the reason for a reduction in one star for food. Overall for the area it’s my go to spot.

First recent visit here I guess I got lucky. Late in the evening. I work night shift. Tall guy with glasses and a baseball cap that said Stanley on it took my Roast Beef and Swiss, little mustard on an Onion bagel order. Nice guy. Plenty of meat, tasted good but a bit over priced. Ok whatever. Second visit (at night) an elder short man with glasses reluctantly took care of me. Not too warm or friendly, real cheap with the meat on my sandwich and overcharged me for a half a pound of egg salad. ($9 dollars for a half a pound) Third visit a short latin man took my order. Not very friendly and I got an anorexic sandwich. I don't get it. Do they want repeat customers or not?? Don't know how the service is during the day but at night I'd only recommend asking the tall guy for help. That's nuts. I'm not coming back there. They're not the only place in town. I'll spend my money...

During my stay in Dyker Heights I had two things from this wonderful deli, as it was right across the street from my hotel. Two sesame seed bagels (with cream cheese) and a Colombian coffee, and on the last day of my stay I had one of their featured sandwiches, a hero with chicken cutlets, roasted peppers, mozzarella, and pesto.

The location is rather small and quaint, and very inviting with the signage and walk-in, making you feel like you're in the heart of a Brooklyn neighborhood that's swimming in personality. The staff are kind and earthy and always ready to crack a joke, making even an out-of-town country bumpkin like myself feel at home.

I would greatly recommend this place to anyone in the area, local or visitor, who is looking for a nice deli to frequent, visit, regularly or once in a while, as it was a great and trustworthy joint to head to...

This place has the worst customer service . I came inside and waited to place my order . When it got to my turn to order . They had 3 other customers come in front of me to pick up and pay for there order . So why walk off the line ? Shouldn’t the worker take payment and then have the customer step to the side to wait for their order ? This place makes no sense they had me wait about 20 mins just to get my order placed and paid for . And mind you when I did place my order I couldn’t pay card so I had to pull money out with the fee of 4$ all together so I paid an extra 4.95 $ just because they don’t accept card which she could have told me before The food was made . I don’t know I was really upset this morning with this establishment and will think twice...
