Terrible customer service. I've been here a few times and the female waitress was excellent, so I was surprised this trip. No, the restaurant cant help if it becomes busy, but the least the staff can do is greet new customers that come in, looking for a place to sit. Spent about 20 mins idling in the doorway without the waiter or bartender saying a thing. No "sorry, we're currently full" or anything of that nature, but instead had the waiter look dead in my face and ignore me and the others. this place has no tv, limited seating and is dark with a nice atmosphere with candles. it's located in the boonies of chinatown under the manhattan bridge. there aren't any good restaurants nearby for a post-drunk meal. you'll have to walk a little to get to the heart of chinatown.
