Very unprofessional people working there. The door is locked and the workers have to stop what they are doing to open and lock the door in/out. They should install a buzzing lock where a button unlocks. States one price on lists and when you sit down in the chair the owner snuck a ":conditioner fee" in because she said she thought it would help my hair. Mind you she didn't ask my permission to use it or tell me the price increase if she adds it. So from $15 it became $25. I questioned it and she went back and forth with me saying she thought it would help the knots come out. Okay again you have to discuss it with customers. At first maybe I wasn't upset but I felt like she was blindly robbing me and laughing it off as oh you know it'll help you. "okay I'll drop it to $23" I should of walked out even in mid washing and not paid it since she argued with me and lied about adding special treatments that I didn't see.
