Electric Burrito — Restaurant in New York

Hey just finished my breakfast burrito from Electric Burrito, though maybe it almost finished me. Electric Burrito is new to me but I’m guessing they have been at their Chelsea location maybe a year or little longer. They provide California Mission style burritos somewhat along the lines of Dos Toros but a lot closer to Summer Salt. They have numerous options in the burrito department including an all day breakfast burrito selection. I tried for my first visit The Hotrod breakfast burrito which consists of Carne Asada, bacon, eggs, cheese, beans, fries and crema. It sounds like a lot and it is, but more importantly it is tasty! The carne was tender, the bacon had just the right crispness and the fries was tasty. On top of that they included some hot sauce/ salsa. I definitely will be returning to try other menu offerings. I highly recommend Electric Burrito so if you’re on 8th Ave near 17th Street skip Chipotle ( no shade) and give this restaurant a shot especially if you...

Tonight, on my way to Chipotle, I stumbled upon Electric Burrito on 17th Street in Chelsea and decided to give it a try. The menu immediately caught my attention with its perfect simplicity, reminiscent of classic California-style Mexican cuisine. It's straightforward, clean, and focuses on the essentials, which are executed to perfection. The food was truly outstanding, and the staff was fantastic. One piece of advice I'd offer to the owners is to continue opening locations near Chipotle locations. Since I was already in the mood for Mexican food, I jumped at what was clearly a better option. Let Chipotle draw your customers to you and then grab them before they walk into Chipotle. Tha inside or this place is pretty small and tha cashier lady was acting all nervous how could u get made at me because ur screen said it wasn't taking my debit wen my debit card is brand new , so basically I order a Carne Asada Taco this wasn't even grilled I had to grill it back at my house and it was extremely small y'all are world famous for wat boring lame food ? , tha taco itself was just ok and I order a burrito a chorizo one and it wasn't even grilled I had to grill it back at my house it has fries and egg inside of it very very strange and even tho it was thick burrito it was fully I could only eat half Dr one setting , and tha sauce they gave me taste like chocolate and spicy it was awful I didn't like it all , i dont know why so many ppl go here its jot...
