I commissioned my birthday cake from here after being faced with lots of stomach issues the past year. I was SO happy to receive a cake that was gluten, dairy, nut, corn, AND soy free!! And it tasted delicious - you would not have been able to tell it was a gluten free cake. It was perfectly moist and fluffy even after a few days. They were able to customize it with a lemon filling as well. It really made the difference for my birthday this year having a cake that I could enjoy.

I ordered a small cake for my wedding. I wanted to make sure that EVERYBODY EATS - especially my guests that are celiac/allergic to nuts! I am SO grateful to have found this bakery. Everyone came up to me and told me the cake was wonderful, absolutely delicious. Thank you so much, Pedro! You are so talented!! It was beautiful and really good!!!

Peter made an amazing lemon, raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday. The cake was fluffy and the lemon frosting was perfect! When I picked up the cake, I also bought a loaf of his white bread which was also delicious. I will continue to support Peter and hope to have another cake soon. Thank you!!!

A great, though slightly pricey, gluten free (as well as dairy free, in some cases) son and pop bakery! Highly recommended.

This isn't a classic bakery with display cases and people working behind a counter. When you enter, you see a door to the kitchen in front of you before you're beckoned into Pedro's office to the right. Given a menu and a free gf cookie of your choice, you tell him what you want and he retrieves it from the freezer -- don't worry, it's fresh because they freeze the bread immediately after taking it out of the oven. As Pedro will tell you, when you take it out to eat, "Toasting is mandatory!" I think at least one of the negative reviewers didn't follow this advice.

I was most excited about finding gf challah (there's a dairy-free option too)! It's pretty damn close to challah with...

Visited this bakery in 2022 so sorry for delay in the review. Incredibly good gluten free baked goods. Don't let the outside confuse you - my wife and I thought it was perhaps closed down at first! But have confidence and you will earn your baked reward - and what a reward! We chose the cinnamon buns which were perfection. I should note that this bakery is more of a "buy a loaf of bread or a tray of cakes and take them home" rather than a "grab a singular bun and eat it there and then" place (although the baker kindly prepared a couple of buns from our tray of buns for us to enjoy right away). Overall score: The bakery - 5/5; The...

This place confuses me. When I walked in they acted like I was a burglar, like they'd never seen a customer before. After they told me a loaf of bread was $12, and that not only was it not fresh-baked but it was FROZEN -- I understood the confusion. Still, I like gluten-free, and understand the work that goes into running a business. I bought a $12 loaf. I took it home, thawed it out and tried to slice it, and it crumbled from a combination of dryness and freezer burn.

So, if anybody else happens by this place, say something like, "Look! There's a gluten-free bakery!" and just...
