Over the years I have bought many ornaments as I love them. However my last shopping experience with them was not so pleasant. I purchased some ornaments online in November. After some weeks I noticed from the tracking information that the package was still in NY. I sent a message to Craftspring if they had more information as the ornaments were Christmas gifts and I was worried that I did not receive them in time (as I live overseas). I received a somewhat rude reply that that if I wanted to have the Christmas gifts in time I should place a new order (and pay around 200 USD again). By the end of December I still had not received the order and I contact them again but there was no reply. I also sent a direct message through Instagram and I also left a comment if they could reply to me about the order. I never received a reaction. Which is fine, but they want me to ask my sick friend to go mail back the one they sent by mistake. i'm not asking a very sick friend to go RETURN that one.
