⭐☆☆☆☆ Deeply disappointing and frankly inexcusable.
We attended Fini Patio Bar’s July 4th fireworks event as a family of three, including our 7-year-old autistic son. The event was advertised as a fireworks-view dinner and charged accordingly—over $700 for what turned out to be subpar food (dressing-drenched salad, mediocre pizza, and Italian ice), glacial drink service, and a spectacle only visible if you stood outside.
Despite being among the first to arrive, we were dismissively told to wait outside by the blonde female manager, who displayed visible disdain. When seated, we were placed at the worst table in the venue. I had noted clearly on the reservation that we were attending with an autistic child, yet no accommodation was offered, even though better tables were visibly empty.
The environment was cold and overtly unwelcoming—particularly from the manager and the pianist, both of whom behaved as if our child’s presence was offensive. The final insult came when our son was denied access to the restroom, causing him great distress.
This is not just a hospitality failure—it borders on disability discrimination and failure with ADA compliance.
For families considering this venue: avoid it. It is neither inclusive, nor worth the premium they charge for false promises and...
Read moreWill start by sharing the food was very good. Portion sizes appropriate, not overly expensive, and the views and outdoor seating are wonderful.
Unfortunately the service was really upsetting. To start, we waited 10+ minutes at the hostess table as 2 or 3 different people went to “check” on a table outside, as multiple were clearly open. Throughout the meal, it was tough to flag down any waiter and wrong food items were brought multiple times.
To make things worse, they brought us the wrong check that was much more expensive than our original bill. After realizing, it took another 10-15 minutes to get any proper assistance at the table. The restaurant staff and managing team didn’t seem very apologetic nor acknowledge the poor service.
I’ve visited Misi, Lilia and other Fini locations all with a really positive experience, which made this even more surprising. It seems as though there’s not enough training or structure to have...
Read moreI’ve been a longtime customer at Fini and I really like their pizza, but my last visit was very disappointing. We waited over an hour for our pizza, while multiple tables who arrived after us (and even ordered the same white pizza) were served first. Nobody came by to explain the delay, apologize, or offer an update.
When I finally decided to just pay for the drinks and leave, the staff insisted the pizza was “coming right now” but still didn’t acknowledge that they had forgotten our order. That lack of honesty and communication was frustrating.
Also, keep in mind this isn’t a cheap spot — for one pizza and two beers we paid about $70. The food is good, but the service on this visit really...
