I never leave bad reviews but this place was really disappointing. I went with a few friends, one of them who had a broken arm ordered it in a cone so they could eat it with one hand and the woman mixed up the order and gave it to him with a cup which made it hard for him to eat. On top of this the water we ordered had a hole in the bottle which made it leak, the lowest tip they let you give was 20% which is high for someone who doesn’t even deliver the food, and there were large chunks of ice in the ice cream. I would give them five stars I mean the other ice cream that I had was great but the strawberry greenish one even though he told me that’s the best selling one and it tastes super great etc. it wasn’t the case It was horrible and then me asking to have half-and-half they wanted to charge me double Just in case that the other one didn’t taste good and I was correct. As other reviews said, rude staff who don’t make eye contact, are on their phones while working and customers are waiting, and the cashier even had earphones in when she served me. After dropping the change in my hand, she didn’t even say thank you, and instead, just said “Next!” to the next person in line… while looking at her phone. The staff are in severe need of training.
