Got the mixed dumplings (pork, veggie, shrimp, chicken, I think). They were pretty good. Provided dumpling sauce and other packet sauces at a self-serve table to the side. The service was pretty busy and not the quickest for my relatively small, simple order. Also, the person at the register was a bit impersonal, but they were pretty busy so I understand. The aesthetic of the restaurant was relatively basic, though that’s understandable with the pandemic. More of a hole-in-the-wall type joint which is fine. Also, the display menu pictures all seem really generic and faint. Didn’t really inspire me to get any of the items based on that presentation. Ultimately, I think the price point is really what pushed it to 4 instead of 5 stars. I’ve had dumplings as good or better for cheaper and quicker, nicer service.

This place sucks, can't give zero stars to leave a review or I would. Left off part of our order so I had no dinner when staying at a hotel. Portions for those that got their food were super small, shrimp roll was 99% cabbage with 2 tiny shrimp no flavor. How can you mess up rice? Ask this place because they did. Called and told to have Grub hub refund. No dinner for me for Thanksgiving. Stay away!

Nice typical Chinese noodle place. Price standard 9$ up. Big portions. Yes testy) but no place for sit. Veggie inside! 👍 testy clear chicken broth. Take and go. Good place. STOP! Correction! I finished it all and suddenly the stones crunched on my teeth !!! Be careful! I lower the rating immediately! that means they wash the food badly before adding!

🌟 5-Star Review: Authentic Chinese Flavors You’ll Keep Coming Back For! 🌟

If you're craving authentic, flavorful, and freshly prepared Chinese food, this restaurant is a hidden treasure you’ll be so glad you found. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, friendly atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The décor strikes a perfect balance between modern and traditional — cozy enough for family dinners, yet stylish enough for a casual date night. Now let’s talk food — absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with rich, well-balanced flavors that taste like they’ve been perfected over generations. Whether you’re into comforting classics like Kung Pao Chicken, Mapo Tofu, or crave more traditional dishes like Sichuan-style hot pot or handmade dumplings, the menu offers something for everyone. One standout is the General Tao’s Chicken — crispy, tender, and glazed with a perfectly sweet-savory sauce. And don’t miss their handmade noodles or house chili oil — chef’s kiss! Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything is cooked to order with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the care and authenticity in every bite. Service is consistently fast and friendly, and the staff is always happy to explain dishes or recommend something if you’re new to regional Chinese cuisine. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or sitting down for a full feast, this place hits the mark every time. A true local gem — once you try it, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. 🥢 Don’t walk — run! This Chinese restaurant deserves all the love...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received when calling your restaurant. As someone organizing a party for 20-30 people, I needed clear information about your party platter sizes. The response from your host was not only unhelpful but also rude. A simple question about the portion size of a large tray was met with repeated statements of "I can't answer your question," which is baffling for a potential customer trying to make an informed decision.

When I asked to speak to someone else, possibly a manager, for clarification, the host's impatience was evident. Her insistence that it was "early in the morning" and that she didn't want to argue was irrelevant and inappropriate, considering it was already past 11 AM.

This experience was particularly disappointing given that I had heard good things about your restaurant from my neighbor. It's unfortunate that due to this encounter, you've lost a customer. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of basic customer service skills, which are crucial in the...

Disgusting behavior, had ordered pickup via Ubereats and clearly stated on every item a severe nut allergy. I was delivered an egg roll made with peanuts. I took one bite assuming health regulations clearly stated were followed and went into anaphylactic shock. I had to administer an epi-pen along with a visit to Lenox hill for the night. I communicated in person at the restaurant today and after asking for over 20 min for the owners direct number, I was told by Jenny the Owner to “enjoy my epi-pens.” I work in healthcare myself, had something gone terribly wrong and much worse than just a trip to the ER and an epi-pen this would be a much larger issue. This establishment needs to be reviewed for protocols and health restrictions immediately. Staff also needs to be deeply reviewed.

You’re previous reviews over the years speak for themselves as I seem to not be the first customer or last...
