Food is good but the rudest staff, no greetings, no thank you’s, no you’re welcomes. The women that work there don’t even speak to ask for your order, they just look at you until you order smh. Total ur bill b/c I’ve been charged different prices for the same meal..for months! Women staff need to be replaced, worst customer service ever! Just left there today, ordered 2 mild beef patties, why was there only 1 ready one left at almost three in the afternoon? Girl with light patch on face at the register..didn’t greet me, as usual, just waited for me to order, I paid and said ‘thank u ‘and walked away…before I get to the door, she comments something about no tip…a tip for only saying ‘ur welcome?’ Not at all surprised but do want to know why customers have been complaining about her for 5 yrs back. Mgmt always responds to comments but never explain why she continues to work there???????????? Whatever reprimands or trainings she’s received...

Once I repeated I wanted a small,a couple minutes later she asked me if I wanted veg and plantings. I asked if it’s both or either or, and with all the attitude in her heart she rudely responded “BOTH!” The guy in line behind me started laughing shaking his head. I told if she’s having a bad day maybe she should take a 15 OR if she doesn’t like her job to find a new one. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I’m never going back there. She’s rude and embarrassing, and the employees there don’t display...

Everytime I go past 1PM they are out of most of the patty flavors. Google says they open at 10AM and close at 8PM so how do they run out of most patty flavors when it’s barely been open 3 hours and has 7 hours to go? I would believe that they just happen to sell out if it happened 1 or 2 times and I had bad luck with timing but this happened every time of day I go past 1PM. It’s called Golden Krust and yet barely any patties? And the workers usually act like every customer is just an annoyance to them. I didn’t ever make a fuss about there being no patties but they treat it as if I’m inconveniencing then just by being there. Also last time I went there was a roach crawling on the wall so that...
