Dynasty — Restaurant in New York

So, this used to be my favorite place to order Chinese food from. No more! The female owner rudely refused to change my daughter's order. She ordered Beef Lo-Mein and Hot and Sour Soup. The owner gave her Mei-Fun and Wonton soup. My daughter walked all the way back to correct the order. The owner flatly refused saying, "I don't care, this is what you ordered and I'm not changing it!" We don't eat Mei-Fun from here because they have continuously put shrimp in it when family members are allergic to it. What ever happened to customer service? Very disappointing experience at this Chinese restaurant lately. I don’t know what’s going on here, but the food is tasteless, greasy and pricey. The quality is just down right awful. The lack of flavor, excessive grease, and minimal portions must stop. I also would like to point out that this wasn’t just a one-time issue but a consistent problem. I ordered fried wings with egg fried rice. The rice was orange in color absent of bean sprouts, onions and very greasy. I will not go back and patronize this place again. I went in with a friend and while waiting for our order ny friend got thirsty. He asked the cook for some water and this man DIPPED A PAPER TOWEL INSIDE A DIRTY WATER PUDDLE ON THE COUNTER and gave it to him. I had to warn my friend before he even touched it!!
