Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in New York

This happened 6/23/25 around 8:15pm, i ordered on my phone and as soon as I completed the order, a guy from the store called me and said that there was not anymore bread they only had wraps, i said okay no problem, when I arrived at the store, no one asked if I needed help, I waited about 10 minutes, and finally I ask this young lady, she was thinking build, is my order ready, she said that they were making it, I then kindly asked her can I order one more sandwich, she explained to me that they didn't have any bread left, I said you told me that already on the phone, it's fine, that's when she caught an attitude and disrespectful towards me and then just walked away from me and ignored me, so I just waited there like another 20 minutes, finally the guy that was fixing my sandwich, made the other sandwich for me, this will be my last time going to jersey Mike's on Ralph Ave in brooklyn ny, the customer service is...

THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. waiting for about 15 minutes for a sandwich and when i politely ask if the cashier for an estimated time she tried to ignore me and the tall man with dreads was very nice at first but when he realized the establishment was lacking in time management he made it seem like i was a problem and yelled out if i rather a refund and took my order off the grill. TODAY 11/4/24 at approximately 7:50-815 pm I then said no then realized what he asked me and i then said yes he then said thats awesome and no problem and thats great actually happy about not serving me after ive already paid for my food which he said he refunded me but i dont think he did . Still waiting. This is disappointing disrespectful and disgusting as i was very nice and was genuinely hungry and just wanted to know how much longer I will never go again . Unfortunately My husband and myself enjoy Jersey Mike’s but this location was not even close to the standard. With 2 people in front of us and having to wait as long as we did on line was ridiculous , As for the gentleman that was behind me, was taken care of before us was 100% racial discrimination. In this day and age that is simply unacceptable. Shame on them and shame of Jersey Mike’s for employing them. Please don’t support a business that participate in this type of behavior.
