This is a new spot just opened up recently, and is more of a take out place. They had no space for eating in the inside. They had crazy amount of "grand opening" banners when they opened, and brought in good amount of crowds. The inside is small, so when they get more than 5 people or so, it gets a bit tight.
They had menu on the two screens above the counter, and change every few seconds to the next page. It is not easy to check out everything, especially if you are trying to read the description. When we went, they didn't have any menu that are printed out, so we had to patiently look at the screens to see what they have, how much they are, what they come with, etc... They do offer many kinds of snacks, from sandwiches, burgers, Mexican, Dominicans, wings, and few more items.
Since they emphasizes more of "Burger" joint than snacks, we decided to order one of the burgers to share. We ordered King Felix #34 which is "baby burger" and comes in three. We thought it will be easier to share sliders. When we took them out of the container, we realized that they are all different kind of burgers! On the menu, it said "Bacon / Caramelized Onion / G&R Pepper." We assumed that the mini burgers has bacon, onions and peppers on it, but we were wrong. There was one burger with bacon, another one with caramelized onion, and another one with peppers. They were nice size, and all came with cheese and greens as well.
All of them were really pretty good. I was happily surprised by the quality, and the portion was good also. Affordable with great amount of options to choose from, it will be a good place to pick up some snacks and meals. The cashier staff was nice but a bit slow. She spoke English and Spanish, for this area has many Spanish speaking residence. Read my full review of this eatery and food on my food blog,...
Read moreThis place customer service and professionalism is terrible. I ordered food from them to be delivered to my work place. They allowed me to place the order and pay using my card. The person taking my order struggled with taking my order because they only spoke Spanish. I don't understand how they have a business where all staff only speak Spanish. I had to put a co worker on the phone to complete my order for me. After about 40 minutes later they called me twice. I stepped outside and waited, because I assumed they called to let me know the food is outside. Long story short they never delivered the food to me. I called them with my co worker and they claimed they don't deliver to my location and that the order would be canceled and I should be credited my money back. It never happened. My co worker called with me again and they stated to call back next day to speak to a manager. I called the next day and before i could even speak they yelled no English and hung up twice. I ended up having to inform my bank to dispute the matter with the restaurant and return my money. I've never seen...
Read moreIs this even a real restaurant? They don’t have the food advertised on their menu, the time it takes for them to make the food is ridiculous, and their customer service is non-existent. We’ve tried them once before and didn’t have a good experience. Thought we’d try again today… Not worth it.
There was nobody else in the restaurant when we arrived but we still waited an awkward amount of time for them to acknowledge we were there. We asked for multiple different meals and they said they didn’t have them. Finally we settled for a cheese burger (which seemed to be the only thing they had).
When we came back after 20 minutes, the host and chef were arguing about something and told us “hold on”. We waited another awkward few minutes for them to tell us it was going to be another 10 minutes before it was ready and then they started arguing again.
In the end it took 40 minutes for the food to be ready. Fries were stale and burger fell apart when we tried to eat it. Plus they gave us the wrong drinks....
