Juice Generation — Restaurant in New York

I’ve visited this location on third Avenue earlier today. I always frequent these juice places because their açai bowls are good. But it’s only this location. I go to order my bow I use my card I don’t take a receipt and the person at the counter doesn’t ask my name. I pay with my card and I exit the establishment to allow other people to get in social distancing you know. As I wait for my bowl I noticed people going in and out with their food, so I enter the establishment and ask the girl at the counter where is my food. The girl tells me that I never ordered from her store that she’s never seen me before, this got me extremely upset I’m thinking so you think that I’m just walking into this establishment and trying to steal a bowl without paying. After a heated conversation I remember that I paid with my Chase card so I go onto my Chase app to show the person in The purchase. After arguing back-and-forth with me telling me that I wasn’t in the store I prove that I was in the store and I did order what I was saying and I do not even get an apology for accusing me of trying to scam a $12 bowl. I love the bowls in this place so I will be going to other establishments but this location I will never go again the service is horrible. I love this place. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and wish they'd open a location closer to my apartment. The service is extremely fast, the staff is friendly and they have healthy food options from smoothies to juices to smoothie bowls, cookies and sandwiches. Multi-V Squeeze is my jam along with a gluten free chocolate chip cookie (which I am determined to copy the recipe, it's heavenly).

The space is small and around lunchtime it can get pretty crowded. As long as you can stuff yourself in the store, the staff is pretty good about getting everyone's orders in before they get up to the counter to pay. Most likely you'll have your smoothie before you...

Will never go here again. I downloaded the app, added money to it, and used it to pay. When I went to the store, the cashier had no idea the company even had an app payment system.

I kept scanning and waiting for her to confirm my payment. She proceeds to scream in front of everyone ‘what are you doing?! You have to pay for these things, you know that right?!”

It took another employee to explain to her that it was possible to pay through the app. No apology and dropped my order right in front of me....
