Edit: I no longer recommend this business due to repeated issues with their handling of credits.

Summary: I purchased credits that were explicitly stated to never expire. Despite this, my credits disappeared multiple times, and I had to repeatedly fight to have them restored.

Detailed Experience:

Before using even one credit, I noticed they were gone. After explaining that I was assured they wouldn’t expire, the staff restored them. Shortly after, the credits disappeared again. The general manager insisted I had used them all during one visit. However, I provided evidence from my bank statement showing I had paid for that visit separately through a promotion. That initially did not work and only after I pressed further did she admit there had been a mistake and restored my credit. She assured me my “last credit” would remain available.

Weeks later, when I tried to use the final credit, I was told it no longer existed and even asked to purchase more. Once again, I had to explain the situation. The general manager reappeared, this time with an unprofessional and rude attitude, attempting to argue there was no credit left again. After I firmly stood my ground, they finally restored the credit. Her dismissive “You’re welcome” at the end only added to the frustration. I’ve since heard others complain about issues with payments here.

Bottom Line: Don’t trust this business with your money. They fail to honor their own policies, and the customer experience is unnecessarily stressful. Look for services elsewhere that value all customers, whether they are using credit or not.

Restore Wellness is clean and brilliant! I was looking to find a sauna in NYC with some privacy because the saunas at the gym although they are free, they are never clean or packed with people. My first visit I was greeted by two kind ladies and was brought back to my sauna room. From there I was given detailed instructions on how everything works and let me tell you…they have everything! Towels, flip flops, books, bluetooth for music, shampoo, shaving cream you name it they provide it. Because I had everything I needed when I closed the door, I was able to unwind and relax in PEACE for the full hour. They even have a clean & private shower room that is attached to the sauna so your money spent is well worth it.

It is very hard to find peace and quiet in the city, so I recommend everyone treat themselves to some TLC and book a restore session it’s soo good and so...
