Firstly, the customer service was phenomenal. The staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and kind words. I was indecisive but the staff was patient with me and even suggested what to order (which was a huuuge help). Secondly, the food was better than I expected. Initially, I was expecting a burger similar to fast food (solely because the establishment is located in the airport), however, I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries were fresh and complimented the burger amazingly. And the cheesecake? Well Juniors is famous for its cheesecake and I the reason for that became to obvious to me after the first bite. After my first bite I could not stop eating the slice until it was finished! I even had to go back for another! Lastly, the atmosphere was exceptional. Clean, orderly, and with one of the best views you’ll ever see, I HIGHLY suggest eating here. 5 out of 5 stars!!! No doubt...

We ordered 3 steak burgers and one grilled cheese. We paid for 3 steak burgers and a grilled chicken. We received 2 steak burgers and 1 grilled chicken 20 minutes after we ordered. I told them we never got our grilled cheese not knowing we had a chicken instead, I wanted the grilled cheese for my daughter so we could eat before we boarded the plane. After waiting 10 minutes for a grilled cheese we still didn’t have one, I asked for them to pack it as is, waited two more minutes before we left without our food. Fries were not warm and we didn’t have all our food. I am really upset for paying $70 at this establishment and only getting half our true order correctly. Unless you have the patience of a saint and time to kill before a flight, I...

I was a bit underwhelmed by my lunch here. I've been to the Flatbush location many times sonwas excited to get a corned beef Reuben. I assumed the meat would have a similar quality and they would figure out logistics and quality control if they showcase their brand in the airport, BUT that wasnt the case. It was a very tough chew and flavor was good but not great. For a $20 sandwhich along with the Junior's brand i was hoping for more. I will say the amount of beef was adequate. Coffee cold brew was ok. Service was friendly enough. Typical airport selection of beverages and to-go containers of other items and cheesecake. I suspect the...

Wow. Terrible. After I was told that La Guardia had above average food I was happy to expect I could eat a decent meal in the terminal. Juniors is by far the worst attempt at breakfast I have seen at an airport. Not made "fresh" as they advertise. The bacon is rubbery and the eggs were made yesterday for sure. The toast (though I'm not sure that's what it is) has the consistency of steamed cardboard that stretched as you bit into it. The staff were tough, didn't remember orders, wouldn't listen to me, forgot my drink, etc. Other food in the terminal is much much better so not sure how this place is still at this airport.

We visited Junior’s Sandwich Shop at LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B food court during a layover and enjoyed a satisfying deli-style meal. We had the Corned Beef Sandwich, the Reuben Pastrami Sandwich (with cheese), and a slice of blueberry cheesecake. The food was tasty, and the service was quick. Prices are mid-range for airport dining—not the cheapest, but not the priciest either. Located in Terminal B’s food court, there are plenty of tables available, and the central fountain adds a nice touch with its water and light shows. A solid choice if you’re craving a good deli sandwich before your flight.
