I've ordered through a Seamless app from this restaurant three times every time I've ordered the sauces that come with the meal in addition to the extra sources I wanted with my meal was never given, when complaint this was they reply##-

Read moreI didn't have my phone on me and wish I had... It's DISGUSTING in there! I honestly did NOT expect to see that. I mean it was filthy! The floor was sticky. Food n dirt all over the garbage can. The tables had food and garbage on them from the customers before. The food wasn't good. Very greasy and because of the filth I witnessed it turned me off to the food. I can't imagine if they have it that dirty in the front for all to see how dirty it must be in the back. The people working there were rude. No thank yous. No smiles. The manager was behind the counter yelling at someone very loudly in front of everyone. Then shouting to some others further in the back to hurry it up and some other orders at the top of his lungs.. It looked like the back was having a meltdown. You definitely need to hire someone more professional and train your workers to smile and say thank you at the least. Geez.
You definitely need a person that stays on the floor to clean behind customers like Wendys or McDonalds. Especially if you have SEATING!
I have over 12 years retail management and had our store voted number 1 two years in a row. I never had to fire anyone because I cared who I hired. I met them first. I trained them letting them know that if they can't do what I taught them that they will be let go. I was kind but serious and there was a mutual respect. To this day they say I'm the best boss they ever had. I take pride in that!
How can you own a business and allow it to look this way? A security guard, a cleaner on the floor and some training on how to treat customers is needed STAT!!! The security is for your customers and workers. You have a lot of homeless coming in bothering customers in line with money in hands hoping the person begging isn't going to rob them while others are in front of the door with hands out. Do you care at all about this business and the people that frequent it?
Looks to me like the owner and manager could use some training. Worst KFC I've EVER been in. I've been going to KFC since the 80s!!!
I will pledge that next time I'm in the area to add pics. I will go out of my way to take them as some others have. It seems nothing matters to them unless u show proof and I agree that proof is the best weapon. But I hope the owner is noticing the consistency in the complains. So proof I pledge. And if it's much better when I go back I will credit them for the positive change. It won't be for a while, that's for sure.

Another update 8/24/2024 I am done with this KFC. Ordered a 8 pc combo for my mom. I had to show the cashier the picture to show her what I wanted and my order was not right. The food preparer in the back was upset that I returned it because it wasn't what I wanted. The sauce was not supposed to be on the chicken . I selected honey barbecue packs on the side, which they didn't have. She said what difference does it make. We don't have the take out honey mustard anyway. I said I want plain nuggets. They began to snicker and make snide remarks and laugh. I should have just got a refund after that because that was disrespectful. I will not be going to that KFC again. The staff is untrained and does not know how to provide good customer service. You give the customer what they ask and pay for. You don't make substations without informing them.
Update: I had to change my review from 4 stars to 1 star. We ordered multiple meals and sides. My son wanted to sit and eat his meal there. His lady and I didn't feel comfortable eating there. My son started his meal but was interrupted by a woman who walked in, invaded his personal space and asked for some of his food. She was disheveled and didn't look well. She continued to ask folk inside for food and went to the counter and ask the workers also. The manager said to get out. She said the lady comes in everyday harassing folk for food. Then a man came in with a service dog that he took off the leash and the dog approached people's table for food. He tried calling the dog back to him and the dog ignored him and tried to get away from him. My son said let's go and didn't finish his food. I asked for hot sauce, ketchup, honey and jelly. The worker threw a bunch of condiments in the bag. We left and arrived home about 15 minutes later. I made my plate. I open the bag get some condiments and what you see in the pic, is what was thrown in the bag. I was so disgusted. I didn't want to eat my food anymore. I am so grossed out. So I will not be returning to that KFC anymore. FYI: Far to many addicts, alcoholics and homeless people hang out in there or around there that harass people...
