I have been to this store twice in one week because I really enjoy their products. So much that I brought my mother with me the second time around so that she could also enjoy some yummy treats. The first time I went I found the woman behind the register to be rude, non responsive and zero customer service skills. This second time around which was two days after my first time going I had a worse experience!! The same woman was there and she was rudder than the first time, the store was completely empty so I doubt she was stressed out about heavy foot traffic in the store. First I asked her about the teas they carried, she made a nasty facial expression because I asked if the teas contained cane sugar, as if I was suppose to know the answer to that. Which she proceeded to say no! So I picked up the tea read the ingredients and it stated sugar, so I told her it does contain sugar, she gave me a nastier look and said “duh because it’s fruit” honestly the interaction with this employee was uncomfortable!! I hope the owners make some quick changes otherwise they are going to lose customers rapidly! Checkout was also an uncomfortable experience, we asked about the weight and she wouldn’t respond just gave us the receipts and bang out the door we went. Side note ( she was very rude to her colleague) yelled at him in front of us. Conclusion- Good products, a little pricey but acceptable. Employees need to learn how to treat customers and educate employees on the products they...
Read moreFor a place like this, I expected to be greeted and made to feel welcome. I had to initiate a greeting to get any acknowledgement of my presence in the store. The two workers were having a conversation which I essentially interrupted which was strange. Of course I don't mind saying hello but I believe it to be good customer service to greet your customers first. I was also hoping that this place would offer free samples, especially of the Dubai chocolate, but they don't. I find this disappointing, especially if the Dubai chocolate bars are $19 for a small serving. I wouldn't want to buy chocolate at that price unless I know what I'm getting. On a positive note there's tons of options...that's nice. But the prices are....eeesh...painful. I can't imagine paying $15 for half a pound of peanut butter cups. What's also sad to me is that other reviewers have already mentioned the poor customer service and insane prices for over a year but nothing has been done about it. Who are you of service to if not your customers? The pros don't outweigh the cons so I probably won't be...
Read moreThey started out so great, the Guyanese woman with the Glasses she's either a manager or owner, is so obnoxious and follows you like you're stealing, mean while I saw an Indian woman using her hands and eating the items and not buying and she did nothing about it, besides every week you go inside of there it seems they have new employees It's now to the point where the quality of the nuts and dried fruit has completely deteriorated. I don't know what the moisture nastiness was but it was nothing short of bacteria and fungus. The dried pineapple was brown Everything is disgusting now This place is 🤢🤮🤮🤮 It seems like they're now burning the candy cashews and other nuts and mixing it in with could quality ones rather than throwing a bad batch away all in an effort to save money No I've been coming in here sometimes twice a week I will not spend one other dollar In fact I'm going to call the...
