I asked for a small iced latte, at the register I’m charged for a medium, which is double the price! I say that I asked for a small, and was told that they don’t have small in iced, only in hot, which isn’t marked anywhere on the signs. I should have been told that there wasn’t a small in the iced so that I could make a choice whether I wanted a medium one or a small hot latte, not be surprised at being charged double the price from what I expected. Hands down the best chai latte I've ever had. It's got that nice little undercurrent of spice which isn't overwhelming, much less sugar than the big chain competitors, is flavorful, and a genuine delight. Plus they give you a bonus piece of chocolate with your drink, and unlike some stores, they're able to tell you what's in it if you have an allergy.
