Mario's Pizza II — Restaurant in New York

When i order in person no problem, when I order for delivery most of the time there's a problem. This time I think I am done ordering from them. When the guy who picked up to take my order rushed me off the phone, I knew my order wasn't going to be good. Not only that when I called back to order one more thing n to ask if they can send the delivery guy with enough change for a 100 dollar bill no one answered and no one even called me back to see why I had called...it was only 6:48pm no where near closing time. My food arrive salad was disgusting u can taste they didn't wash the lettuce at all. The chicken was ok but I asked for shredded mozzarella n got a few pieces of blocked cheese ;/ I only ate the chkn n the very thin thin slices of avacados i actually requested additional to my salad very poorly made. The meatball sandwhich yuk never again I had to put those meatballs in the airfryer so they can cook better but still the taste was terrible so I didn't eat that...my daughter ate the wings but she 12 n doesn't care. $67 down the drain. Never again 😒 they used to be good but...

Terrible customer service just ordered 2 vegetable quesadillas and 1 slice of pizza the person who took my order repeated everything back to me to confirm my order. When i had received my order they had gave me chicken quesadillas. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone seem to be talking to everyone else in the restaurant. I decided to go with my kids to the place, upon arrival 2 men were not doing anything at all and 1 was the on the phone . When i was able to finally get someone attention and tell them what had happened, the began speaking spanish and brought up my quesadillas. While speaking about the situation one man said cabron. I truly believe they were speaking ill of me because i showed up to the store. This is not a friendly business l, very rude and will not be giving them business again dont care if it is the last store open. Also not sure how clean they are after eating the food i received a bump on my lip. Dont trust...

From the min I walked in it felt funny.... dark quiet n glummy...gummy.... no one asked if I needed to order I literally had to ask some dude making the pizza which pointed to the cashier busy on her personal phone! So I give her my order FINALLY told her exactly what I wanted and didn't want on 2 tacos... once my order is done she puts it in a bag staples it and hands it to me.... should have opened the bag like my gut told me to unfortunately I didnt!!! I get all the way back to work and EVERYTHING I DID NOT ASK FOR they put on the tacos UNBELIEVABLE!! Had to walk all the way back to reorder!! Save ur money taco bell is down the...
