McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I visted this McDonald's location last night 11/29/2017 at 7:36 p.m. with my son and was greeted with poor service. Not only did I have to repeat my order over several times at the intercom, but also at the cashiers window as well. I specifically requested separate bags for the two different orders. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I was greeted by the Manager (who said her name was Alisha). She handed me the wrong food (after admitting that she wasn't aware of the errors drive through was making) and became confrontational when I made her aware of it. When she handed me my food, all of the separate orders were placed in one bag. I kindly asked her to re-bag the food (as I originally requested) because it would be easier for me to hand the bag that didn't belong to me to my son. I was dropping him off so we where going in separate ways. She became angry snatching the bag and verbally insulting. Alisha lacks a great level of professionalism to be a manager. Her demeanor is not what I would expected, being in a customer service supervisory role. I've been to many McDonalds prior to this experience, and no matter how busy or frustrating things became for the staff, the manager was always courteous. She is the worst! I will never go back here again and will encourage my friends...

Being going here for some time. I dont know just what has happened, it used to be fast food, now its become guick service and I am not happy.

I went thru the drive thru, while they did not have any salads, I ordered a 10 peice nuggets, fries and a drink.

The nugguts where luke warm at best and while I got hot fries, I didnt get any ketchup, by the time I got my ketchup, my fries were cold and my nugguts tasted like they were burnt.

The bill came to $8.70.

The young lady who took my money gave me the .30 cents but not my dollar.

When I explained to her that she was a little lite, she gave me my dollar. ( could really be a mistake, but being in the food service industry, I wonder.)

While taking pictures was asked by a Manager just why was I taking pictures?

I explained that I was a Goggle guide, he said ok and I explained that this was my go-to Mcdonalds, but after this, I might just stop eating Mcdonalds.

It has made my blood pressure go up.

He offered to exchange my meal but I was just disgusted. I lost my desire for this place.

If this garbage is what Mcdonalds is starting to give the American public, they might as well close up.

There are just too many places that are hurting and starting to just close, thats better than an Unhappy meal.

well me and my friend were 13 years old and we had a a bad experience so my friend was ordering feom the keyas and some random guy who i dont even think works there went up to her and ask her if she needs that number thingy and she was like yeah so he walks away and she orders her stuff so he recipt didnt print out and the same guy goes and tells the worker what to do but she wasn't listening to him.After this we was going to take our number thingy and go to our table and the lady was like Samantha dont want us to give the kids the numbers so she took it from us and she told us to wait infront of the counter for our food instead of bringing the food to us .so we get our food and sit down .So the same man comes over from the frobt of the store to thr back and looks at us for a minute or two and pretends like he looking for some mind u we are sitting in the back of the store where nothing was besides...
