McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Literally the best mcdonalds ive been to! I had placed an order through the mcdonalds app and set the pickup location to here, it even showed me on the app itself that the pickup was on this location, even the receipt on the app showed that. But when i got there they told me there wasnt any order that i made even tho i showed them on the mcdonalds app that i did, fishy right? Turns out on the email receipt it told a different story, so something went wrong with the system and it set the order to a Virginia location, I haven’t been to Virginia in more than half a decade, how could it be possible that the system did such a mistake? The manager lady there was super helpful and the other manager there, extremely super nice ladies! I contacted the VA location and both managers spoke on the phone and exchanged the orders for me. The order was prioritized and was well wrapped and fresh and ready to go. Besides this incident i have also been here a couple of times and made an order in store, and i love the old school mcdonalds look and the employees there are always so friendly and clean environment. So I had order a happy meal for my child and I also a McChicken bundle for myself. For some strange reason I was missing apart from both of my orders. However, I had noticed this once I got into my car. Therefore, I right away went back into the store when I was approached by a big black giant security guy that was very aggressive. He's was very rude and disrespectful to me and my toddler. My baby was so scared he was really unprofessional and all in all I ended up losing my cool. SHAME ON THIS MCDONALD'S FOR HAVING SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL NON- TRAINED SECURITY GUY. He was more ready to fight me rather than to resolve my problem.

Now here is the best part, I am a regular customer that by coffee and breakfast for me and my children and never have I ever encountered such unprofessionalism by a trained SECURITY. He was even screening out gang related terminology that I just couldn't understand. Any way hope the next time they hire a security make sure he's coming from a professional company such as Allied Universal or any other...

I love McDonalds especially their fries. I get my food & touch my fries and they aren’t hot and when I mean hot I mean burning my finger hot. Straight out the fryer. I kindly asked if I can have fresh fries because these are not hot they are warm. The worker says they just came out, so I pick up a fry and bite it, it’s crunchy & I did not even burn my mouth, I expressed I wanted them FRESH. She then proceeded to tell the workers in the back to have them come and tell me that they just came out the fryer, which again no they did not. So I wait and two minutes later she brings me the fries from before and all they did was put them back into the fryer to “heat them up” which just made the fries oily & hard. When I expressed what they did they caught an attitude with me again and wouldn’t even fix it…. How are you going to get mad when a paying customer wants their food fresh or redone for whatever reason? Like I don’t get it…. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to...
