McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been coming to this specific Mcdonald’s for over a week now due to relocating around here. I find that their service is absolutely horrible, they are all hispanic ladies who appear to talk behind your back after you are done ordering or after you walk away. One lady told me to get up from a dining table so she could clean it and put the chairs up on the table when it was around 9pm which is 2 and a half hours away from their branch closing. I was nowhere close to being done with my meal. I ended up leaving after that. Except, I’m usually a very good-tempered person, and that alone wasn’t enough to make me lose my mind over this location. However, what really drew the line for me to not come back to this branch was when another lady, who was in charge of cleaning the bathrooms gave me the stink eye and used whatever english she did have to tell me it was something to do with “respect” that I don’t use the bathroom unless having asked her for the pin. I was like I’m a paying customer, and she should know my face by now because it’s the same couple of ladies working all day. And nobody around here wants to ask any of the nasty ladies anyway, because they all get a nasty stare in return and a reluctant shuffle to open the bathroom door for their customers. When I had asked the first day, the manager had zoomed past me and yelled out the pin code, which I get it since he was busy. But, I just don’t understand why I couldn’t go inside the bathroom when there was no sign outside whatsoever and nobody had told me the bathroom needed to be restocked before I went inside. And then after I came out of the bathroom that I wasn’t allowed to use apparently, the lady at the counter handing out meals to people looked like she hated her job. She kept flipping her eyes at everyone who didn’t come the first time she called their number. Not considerate at all, and then gave me my meal with every item separated. Mind you, I ordered an oatmeal, small fry, and a small mango smoothie. Which comes out to be 5 separate items and parts for me to have to hold onto without any bag or tray. The oatmeal was burning hot and I had to carry it upstairs due to their lack of space on the first floor, which is highly inconvenient as they get particularly busy at night. Then, everyone has to cram in one tiny room together, and they shut the partition between the second floor and first floor at 6pm..just as it is getting busy and everyone ends up having to fight for the 4 seats that are available on the first floor. All because they don’t want to clean up anymore after 6pm, so they completely cut off more dine-in access as well as bathroom access. I am just so impressed how I’ve never ever had to write a review before, let alone a bad review. They really forced me to this point. I'm only giving this a 2stars because the food is getting better. I have been to this location a lot. Was trying not to give them a bad review. But I'm extremely not happy at this point. Was there one day after closing the doors was still open didnt read the time they open till. Walk up to the counter the employees never acknowledge me, they knew I was there but decided to ignore for about 10mins. Then the lady tells me they closed. I politely told her next time plz lock your doors because there was another customer right behind me as well. The next unfortunate event happened 15mins before closing. Reach the counter employee didnt acknowledge me again, waited 5mins the lady tells me we are closed. I politely told the same lady from last occasion. You sign says 12am. She went to saying que closed we dont have any food made. I walked away. The next time I went with my fiance and our service dog. The Manager tells me no dogs allowed. I told her it's a service dog. Then she started yelling in Spanish to the employees they have a dog, we have to get then out as soon as possible, hurry we have to get them out. My dog started making noise because I was far. She went told me your service dog has to get better training. Its was even a huge bark for her comment. As a manager she should know better. I wanted to let her get a piece of me. But I told God pls hold me back. This place is one of the worst McDonalds I been to...

This place sucks, it always crowded , they take an hour to give you your food after ordering, make sure you check because you might be missing items, they have a bathroom on the first level for costumer but never want to open it and you have to go up no matter what, when you order happy meals they will always give you the same toy no matter if you have boy and girl and the toy is not unisex , or they will want to make you take a cup that they would have there always , even if they have other toys they would say they don't , and I'm saying this because it has happened to me and I've been told by other staff they do have but they don't want to get it because it's on the second floor , so basically I pay for a toy and have to take whatever they want to give me even if I went yesterday and already have it, and the worse is also about happy meals , they will charge you for a full happy meal and be missing toys , no discount or anything just a oh we don't have toys lol these ppl are a joke...there's also a group of elders that it doesn't matter what time it is you go and it seems like they own that table , they go there one of them orders a small coffee and then they would sit there for hours, hug the chairs for their 5 other friends and if you are there eating they don't care about it but you either have to carry your kids/babies because the employees wont say anything and don't care...
