I ordered 2 drinks a iced tea with lemon and a mango pineapple smoothie why did 2 drinks take a little over 20 minuets meanwhile everyone got their food not drinks food why did food that was ordered after me there before my 2 drinks I’m walking and drinking and I open the cup to the sweet tea because I’m saying to myself this drink is hot where’s the ice and there’s literally 5 pieces of ice in the cup i was even more pissed cause there was only 1 skinny slice of lemon so i keep sipping and I feel what I thought was a lemon seed in my mouth it was a chocolate chip how does that make sense i am highly upset I tried contacting the website and nothing I tried calling the number on the receipt and nothing i call the number on google and it’s out of service I’ve been going to the McDonalds location of 880 Coney Island Brooklyn, NY 11218 since I was in kindergarten I went every Friday over the years I stopped going as often because of horrible service within this location i am a junior in high-school now and they still cannot get the service let alone a simple order right I don’t even want a refund I just want and explanation on how they let these events occur events consisting of bad service and messing up simple drinks 12+ years of bad service come on now please it’s time for a change fix this you are the only...

I have never encountered such incompetence, lack of respect for the customer or sheer laziness of an employee of this restaurant. I placed an order and had it delivered to the indicated address. I am attaching a photo of my order and I will tell you what I received inside. Instead of a large vanilla shake, I received a medium one. to make it funnier, there wasn't even a straw so I ate with my spoon. The additional mustard sauces that I also ordered were not included. The Big Mac didn't have extra onions. It was standard. There was no extra sauce in the fish fillet. The large fries were medium. Even the napkins I ordered were not included. virtually everything about this order was fraudulent or neglected.
