McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I went in both food for me my wife and kids. The employee who took my order at the register. Didn't even tell me not one but both soda machines in the lobby were not working. And when they called my number instead of expecting to get drinks from the soda machine. A different employee hands me 3 cokes. None of drink soda. We were going to get lemonade and hi c drinks.

I'm telling the employee whose handing me the drinks I didn't order coke. I didn't order any kind of drink for that matter. The employee said well it says it goes with your order so I have to follow it. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee said she's busy right now. Just take it and go.

At this point I was really upset. And shouted. No I'm not going to take what I didn't order. And don't like. The employee turns around and said who you think you're yelling at? I turned around and said obviously someone who doesn't understand English. Then miraculously not more then a second later the manager comes over.

And asks what's going on what's the problem. I told the manager everything. The manager turned and gave me the drinks I wanted. After getting through all that. As Im walking away I over hear the same employee doing the same thing to another customer. I told the customer you better order your drinks. Otherwise your going to get whatever they give you. The employee failing to do his job and tell you the machines in the lobby aren't working.

The employee got mad at that and said. The machines are fine there's nothing wrong with them. Nobody wants to put in new cartridges. Like what is that??? Now you have employees not even wanting to do there job!!! Where's Dario Montoya the store manager? Where's the district manager? They need to clean house and get employees who want to work there's so many ppl seeking asylum now that these current garbage emlployees can be replaced very easily.!!!

RACIST employee works there. I used to come to the place for a long time. Everything was pretty good, people pretty nice etc. So overall I have been satisfied but today I have got DISGUSTING experience. I was waiting in a line to make an order. There was two cashiers: young lady and young african american guy. The girl was servicing customers but the guy just stayed behind a desk and was jerking some thing in his hands. So when I looked at him he just ignored me and continued jerking the thing. I suggested that he is not working and just taking his "sweet time". Suddenly he asked some lady behind me to come and be serviced. I told him - there is a line and you should take me first. He ignored me again...(GUESS WHY!) I didn't start to fight over my turn in line and came to him next after. By the way I didn't notice him his fault which I probably should do. When I made an order and paid for it I got my food, get a seat and discovered that he didn't put in a system my preferences of coffee!!! The coffee was just black, no milk , no sugar!!! So I left my seat , went to the register again and asked to put some milk and sugar in it. So I don't believe he is doing such things all the time (or if he does so it's just waist of time and money to keep such USELESS workers). I think he made that exception for me because I am white. Please explain him if he HATES WHITE PEOPLE he shouldn't show it to them. Also he doesn't look smart and his CLOTHES WERE DIRTY which is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! He works with food!!! Today I went to my local McDonald's on Queens BLVd and 38th Street. While I always order drive thru, I decided to walk in and use the restroom before ordering. A man who appeared to be the security guard( had gear and a broom and dust pan) , claimed to be cleaning the restroom. Then as he walked out,he asked me where my receipt was. I was going to order food after going to the bathroom. The man was so disrespectful and insisted that I go to get food first. Then he was making a fuss about it. Implying that I wasn't going to order any food. I truly felt disgusted and honestly makes me not want to go back there to dine in. Shortly after I DID order the food, this same man began to associate himself with some teenagers that were there. Clearly demonstrating some sence of immaturity. Once I left with my food, because at this point there were so many people and I was annoyed, I noticed this same man saying something similar to a man that was entering the bathroom. Why are you lying for? Go order your food. That's why you need to order your food first. I'm sorry but if this is how this man is treating his customers, they are going to loose a lot of people. If what customer's need is a code to enter the bathroom then they should properly install one and include in the receipt. It is not OKAY for that security guard or whatever he was to be rude or disrespectful.
