McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

First off, the vending machines ae very badly positioned. They should be on the side, giving both employees and clients a 360 degree view of the room and see what's going on in their surroundings. Case in point one client and myself were struggling for at least 5 mn with the machines and no one knew about it. I went on the other side facing the counter and spent that much time with another machine to finally give up and went up to the counter to make my order. I still spent over 3 more mn before someone came at the desk to take my order, despite the fact that the place was not crowded, to the quite contrary Second, I still don't understand why McDonald puts a notice they have the right to refuse service to anyone. It's so intimidating and unaccommodating. Then they say No Loitering. Well there was some of it. While I was in the place with 2 orders within the hour, the same people were sitting around me with strange conversations. So I'm not sure what these signs are for, but as a customer, I saw no value to them, except intimidating. The lady at the order desk was quite stiff. Maybe she was having a bad day. But my "thank you" was much louder than...

My former aide went to this particular McDonald's and brought a simple note of what I wanted in perfect handwriting and they got absolutely EVERYTHING WRONG!! I spent more than $10 and I actually didn't get ANYTHING I ordered. Not even the soda was right. I tried phoning the store numerous times and at different times over the next day or two but no one answered ever. Then I typed the manager a letter on my computer and sent it, along with a photocopy of the receipt and the note through the regular mail and I never heard back at all. Not a phone call, email or letter with an apology and some free coupons inside. Because they never responded to my letter and because they're so incompetent at taking and filling orders, I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. Unless you walk-in and order from them face-to-face, I wouldn't trust them with a note no matter how perfect your handwriting is. I really have nothing positive to say about McDonald's food in general. And on a regular basis the food isn't even all that good... though the crispy Chicken Sandwich is...

The location is clean and the workers are pretty good so I have no complaints. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because my stomach no longer agrees with the classic chicken sandwiches because I get diarrhea almost immediately after eating them. The McGriddle and sausage sandwiches are still good to go for my stomach and I just grabbed a bottle of water because I'm not too crazy about the coffee anymore because of the taste but that's not just this McDonald's it's all of them. All in all I like the fact that they bring your food to your table now like a regular restaurant which is makes me feel like I'm in Manhattan. They also have the new machines that allow you to order and not stand on line which is pretty dope because i usually get served before everyone else that's standing...
