McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I used the drive up window at 4:30 pm yesterday and ordered a large Coca-Cola with light ice and a large fries. Upon leaving, at the next traffic light, I grabbed a few fries, they tasted like cardboard and where ice cold, gross. The soda although cold, was completely flat, it was just horrible, cola colored water. The drive up window service was slow and plodding, there were 3 cars ahead of me, it took about 15 minutes to pick up my order, the order was not ready when I arrived at the pickup window. I had to ask for ketchup as it wasn't offered. It was a truly AWFUL experience. The management here should be immediately fired and replaced. I WILL NOT be going back here anytime soon, or ever!!! Why isn't their corporate all over this location? Anyone giving location a high rating is either lying or an employee, or on something, so stay away!!!!!

Follow up - I called McDonald's customer service 800 number to report this. They took my information and assured me someone would call me back the following day, no one has so far 2 days later. So it just gets worse and worse. Their franchise should be revoked. Upon looking at another review here, the same thing happened to others 10 months earlier. Maybe I'll call the board of...

RACIST AND RUDE AF. Don’t even bother going inside (Unless your Spanish I guess) or just order drive thru so you don’t have to see the all nasty employees.

The place might have got a facelift but the employees there are still the same as before -rude as hell AND ratchet/loud. THAT didn't change at all. We were going to order at the register, and mind you, the lady (who was Mexican, black hair) at the register took a customer who was also Spanish, when she saw us up next, she said we had to order at the kiosk. Just so she could run over to her coworkers during her shift and eat birthday cake with them (even tho she just took a customer at the register, if that's not discriminating what is?!). I don't know why they're allowed to keep they're jobs. This is disgusting smh. We were there on 07/22/18 at 10:13pm. lol, I didn't end up using no kiosk I went to the drive thru 😂Made them work, why are they getting paid? To chill with...

This location use to be good but has definitely gotten worse over time. The wait time for them to take orders has gotten long and by the time I get my food it's cold. They make the drinks in advance and just leave a bunch of them on the counter so there is usually no ice in them. And I don't recommend coming here in the winter because it's freezing in here especially if you sit towards the kids play area. I most likely won't be coming back to this location because I found a hair in my burger.

Also this is a horrible place to reserve for a kids party. They don't block off the party area so random people kept walking through even after they were told there is a party in progress. It was frustrating because the kids at the party had to wait to play until non party guest were removed. Also random people kept walking in screaming that they should be allowed in while we tried to sing Happy Birthday....
