McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

This McDonald's is clean and bright, unlike the nearby location on Lenox Ave. The staff there are friendly and obviously have made it a mission to serve their customers quickly and with courtesy, again unlike some neighboring McDonald's. The seating area is impeccably well-kept despite it being heavily trafficked, especially when the kids let out of school. And they managed to squeeze an outdoor seating area against the front of the building next to the sidewalk which I find quite nice on a warm day.

One star must be deducted from an otherwise 5-star rating due to the fact that in Harlem, uniquely, McDonald's makes a false claim that some of its locations are 24 hours. That is not true. This one bolts the doors at some point after midnight until around 6am. I think you can go through the drive thru, but I'm not really sure, because like 99% of the people who live in Manhattan, where this McDonalds is located, I do not have a car. The other locations make the same claim and they don't even have a drive-thru. What's with that McDonalds? Why put the guesswork in my late late night munchies missions? 24 hours...

You want a true review on this place : Let’s talk about the indecency and unprofessionalism that happens at this particular location. Starting with the store manager , unprofessional in every way . Same as well as the night shift mangers also. They closed (45 minutes) early to be exact. I came to order my food after my over night shift I rushed to the location to get my food. They insisted they were closed and I asked how if they were 24 hours they say the gril closes at 5:30 it was 4:50 when I placed my order. They wouldn’t one refund my money nor tell me anything I stood at the door for 15 minutes before knocked on the window and had some curse me out and wave me off through the window and it happened to be the night shift manager. Other employee with a hat decided he wanted to record me and threaten me. I haven’t received my food nor my refund so best believe Corp...
