rger, because my fiancé is allergic of blue cheese. When i chose feta there was no option to sub out the blue cheese like every other option(bun, patty, toppings) so i thought thats how it worked for this store. When i received my order i was confused when we opened the box and found blue cheese on her burger. I immediately called the store to figure out what happened. They said theres blue and feta cheese on the burger, even though i asked for just feta. They proceeded to tell me i was wrong and i had to specifically ask for no blue cheese. Then they told me thats how its on grubhub, even though obviously it isn't otherwise i would of ordered it in that way. They continued to argue with me and say im wrong, and that they wont do anything to help when their system is flawed. The other burger was alright but i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of this experience. 0 understanding on how the service industry works, even if theres a small percentage chance of you being wrong you make it right...

Staff was attentive, and either the owner or manager (not sure who) checked in on us a couple of times.
I thought the portion of fries was somewhat small for the price, and the food overall is maybe a few bucks higher than what would maybe be considered "reasonable," though to survive in Cobble Hill, it's probably priced right.
Generally speaking, this was a good experience and I'm glad this is an option. Planning to return soon and have already recommended...
