$18 for a burger, you dont even get fries, i had to pay an extra $6 for it. My truffle burger wasnt even good, mediocre. 1) You gave the cheapest bun so everything falls out when you hold it. 2) $24 for french dip "deluxe" and again NO fries included, cheap bread and a tiny amount of french dip. Only a pickle slice included. Seriously? Im sorry but i can get the same french dip sandwich and whiskey bacon burger at APPLEBEES with fries and way better quality. If the owners want to stiff customers with cheap quality and you cant do better than Applebees, then you dont deserve a location in CobbleHill. I will gladly change my review if youll actually listen to your customer feedback. Im sorry if this is harsh but there's no justification to charge us these prices and provide cheap ingredients.

Overall the quality and value here are incredible for most places in NYC. The fries are astounding. The burgers are always delicious and greasy quality. A full meal can range from about $16-26 with taxes. if you get a shake you’ll still be under any dinner at most places for the cost of an entree which will get you to around $30. **** ALSO ORGANIC 🫶🤩 Staff is always nice and helpful. They are thoughtful about their servings and check at just enough time. ——— Addressing the issue(s): I’m not sure how it happens, but in NYC random renovations do cause things to occur. Repeated issues do mean there’s issues in storage and cleaning, but I have to report that it doesn’t look like it’s still present.

Found this spot on the walk back from a day at the Brooklyn Bridge park and I'm so happy we stopped. It was an early Sunday evening so not busy at all. The weather was nice so we chose to sit outside. Our waiter was so cool and aware. He did a great job with all the customers sitting outside. I was impressed. My hubs had a cheese burger and I opted for the hot dogs and fries. The dogs were good, but far too many onions and too much deli mustard for me. The fries were also hot and crispy. The showstoppers were the root beer float and chocolate shake. We couldn't stop talking about them. Next time I'm in Brooklyn, I'll be making another stop for sure.

rger, because my fiancé is allergic of blue cheese. When i chose feta there was no option to sub out the blue cheese like every other option(bun, patty, toppings) so i thought thats how it worked for this store. When i received my order i was confused when we opened the box and found blue cheese on her burger. I immediately called the store to figure out what happened. They said theres blue and feta cheese on the burger, even though i asked for just feta. They proceeded to tell me i was wrong and i had to specifically ask for no blue cheese. Then they told me thats how its on grubhub, even though obviously it isn't otherwise i would of ordered it in that way. They continued to argue with me and say im wrong, and that they wont do anything to help when their system is flawed. The other burger was alright but i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of this experience. 0 understanding on how the service industry works, even if theres a small percentage chance of you being wrong you make it right...

Came here on a rainy Thursday evening around 7 and was able to get a seat right away (in fact, it was somewhat quiet).

Food was great. I had a pulled pork sandwich which I thought had a lot of flavor (spicy slaw was delicious!), and the meat wasn't dry. My friend had a burger with bacon (I think it was called Applewood burger) and also really liked it.

Staff was attentive, and either the owner or manager (not sure who) checked in on us a couple of times.

I thought the portion of fries was somewhat small for the price, and the food overall is maybe a few bucks higher than what would maybe be considered "reasonable," though to survive in Cobble Hill, it's probably priced right.

Generally speaking, this was a good experience and I'm glad this is an option. Planning to return soon and have already recommended...
