Nonna Delia's — Restaurant in New York

I order calamari and a Sicilian pie with pepperoni with a 2 liter of coke for delivery . Not to difficult of and order I would think. The sauce for the calamari has an 1/8 inch of oil on top no matter how much you mix it. Not only that first they tried to give me 3 slices of regular pizza instead of my Sicilian pie. The driver took it back and said he’d be back with the proper order. Mistakes happen. They then give me a half a Sicilian pie not cut and the rest of the pizza in individual slices as if the took of the display and thru it the box not even heated up. I had to go to the pizzeria myself and was met with an attitude when asked for my proper orderMe and my family have been going to Rob’s restaurants since I was a kid and this experience has leads me decide that I no longer will be a customer. I am extremely disappointed I had this experience and am sorry to see a great pizzeria fail like this...

I always order from this restaurant since I work a couple blocks away from here & the food is always great . I always order a Cesar Salad with chicken. One time I ordered & they did not put chicken in it. I contacted Slice & sent them a picture regarding this since they are charging me additional fee for chicken. They kept telling Slice that no it had chicken there was no mistakes & they refused the refund. Called myself and they I told them what happened & they said they are willing to drop off the chicken & I said no thank you would like the refund please & said ok and will contact slice to get the refund. A day later slice emailed me that they still believe the order was correct & declined my refund. So disappointing cause i I had the proof and theres video footage where I work & I even showed the salad to other employees that worked at the school. sadly after this i will not be purchasing...

Just got off the phone with the owner. We placed a complaint and he hung up the phone on us. He wouldnt even let us explain how our experience went or anything. That is absolutely Unethical and unprofessional and we were highly upset. Our order was cold by the time we received it. We waited 2 and a half hours for our order. We asked for a refund and he declined to give us our refund due to the weather. I have screenshots of the conversation between the driver and I. He claimed to be downstairs and I responded by saying "coming now" and he said "no, had to go on other deliveries".. I just told you that I was coming and you leave?! I Never once got a call to inform me he was downstairs. We called the restaurant several times yesterday to try and sort it out but to no avail. New York is full of awesome pizzeria's.
