Bad experience... We come every year with the kids to the Plaza to see Santa and come Ora Di Pasta. This year we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Got seated and waited quite a while for our food. No silverware on the table after food served. No straws for the kids. I even brought my food up to the kitchen to get wrapped to go and brought my check up to the counter to pay. The restaurant has 3 tables and the waiter seemed overwhelmed. My daughter took 2 bites of her pasta with butter and did not like it and I barely got through my linguini bolognese. Read moreThis was first visit at Ora di pasta and I was not disappointed at all. My server name was Angie and she was amazing and very helpful let me not forget very funny. She literally guide me through everything. Was very helpful answered all the questions I asked and suggested a few things on the menu. I ended getting the burrata as an appetizer for my wife and I (soooooo good) also ended up getting the lobster ravioli for me and the pasta trio for my wife. Everything was amazing even the wine. We probably ate it within 5 min when we got the food. It has a bland alfredo sauce and there wasn't enough sauce on both pastas. It tasted like plain cooked pasta with no sauce.
