This was the best experience! We had so much incredible food tonight. We had the creamy mushroom soup, which was simple, but wildly delicious. We also got the General Tso’s and Honey Walnut Shrimp— food that you didn’t know could be as elevated as much as this was. Everything tastes so fresh. Nothing was heavy, everything was bursting with flavor, but in comforting way. I cannot say enough about the honey walnut shrimp. This was a dish that I never would have ordered without the guidance of the waitress, but I’m so happy I did! Edit to add more now that I have more time! I want to add a bit about the service. They were so attentive and had the most wonderful recommendations for food and drinks. The food came out quickly, and piping hot, but they also spaced our appetizers and entrees out beautifully. The ambiance of the place was just perfect. The tables are so… soft? Like the wood is so beautifully sanded and finished that it has a wonderful feel to it. The dishware and cutlery were obviously carefully chosen, and whomever chose them did so well. They complemented the atmosphere perfectly.

Forced to leave or cover up because of breastfeeding. Which is illegal btw. Will never return. Said it’s their policy that you have to cover. The waitress came over to my table while we were sitting and waiting to order. Said do you have a cover. You cannot breastfeed without a cover I’m sorry but this is our policy. I called to ask about this and was told I didn’t have to leave they would’ve offered me to feed my baby in the bathroom. I recorded this conversation for my record. Their response trying to frame it as if they were offering me a private place when they don’t have any private place in this restaurant dedicated to breastfeeding nor did I ask for a private place is disgusting and dishonest. I was actively feeding. If I needed a place for privacy I would have asked. They told me I HAD to cover up per their policy and when I mentioned a worker staring at me they said “that’s why we tell you that you need to be covered.”

The place if fairly new and we happen to stumble upon it. We didn’t have a reservation but they did have walk in available and they sat us immediately, this was around 5pm on a Thursday. Started off with the Yuzu Sour and Partners in crime both, were delicious and refreshing. Ordered the chicken satay, shrimp walnuts, appetizer platter, & wagyu sando. Everything was amazing and flavorful. The sando was kind of a let down for me since it had mustard which I don’t like and honestly could have be fine without it. Portions are great and was comfortably shared between two people. Highly recommend this place.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. After being seated, we mentioned to the waitress that some of us are vegetarian. She responded abruptly saying that the only item we can have in the menu is 'fried rice'. We asked why, she goes that's the only item without oyster sauce. We enquired whether the string bean basil sauce or eggplant in garlic sauce could be made without the oyster sauce. She said no. There was no attempt to enquire with the chef or make any accommodations.

As a traveller who have visited many countries, I have never been to a restaurant where they do not make any accommodations. I was quite surprised that a restaurant with such good reviews could not make accommodations and have a staff who does not know how to welcome their patrons.

We walked out and dined at a small establishment, Aroydee Thai that was welcoming and accommodated to our needs. The owner made space despite being small and listened to our needs. It's a shame that an upscale restaurant cannot do what a small restaurant can do.

Your staff needs training on how to deal with...

One of the worst restaurants experiences I’ve had in NYC. I was surprised given the place has good reviews otherwise.

Food is horrible. It’s bland. My friend and I felt sick after eating. There are many much better places nearby. This place needs to step it up on food.

Service is fine. The team is nice, but they aren’t attentive.

The place is so hot. There’s no AC. Everyone around us was complaining about how it felt like we were sitting on a hot beach. For context, it was good weather in NY today, and it was extremely hot and humid inside. We ended our dinner early because we couldn’t stand the heat.

Also, one of the workers dragged 3 large trash cans right through the middle of the restaurant to throw it away outside. It smelled horrible, and everyone at the restaurant looked at each other confused and concerned about possible health violations. If they’re going to do this, what’s going on in the kitchen.

The staff is nice, and I’m sure they are trying, but this place really needs to step it up. I don’t even know how they passed a...
