EDIT 06/21/24: Their service now is even worse than before. They ended up forgetting FOUR menu items from my order from yesterday. I was picking up my sister's mobile order and my own. They forgot 3 of her items and 1 of mine. I noticed that my fried rice was missing as I was leaving and went back and got it, but I didn't know what my sister had ordered at that time so I didn't realize she was missing THREE things until we got home.
The employees here are allergic to reading and comprehending. It's actually sad. I never had a bad experience with any Panda Express locations until coming to this one in particular.
ORIGINAL: Their food is good, but their customer service is awful. I placed a mobile order on December 20th, 2023 and waited for my food for 30 minutes. No apologies or anything.
When I first arrived, 5 minutes after placing my mobile order, they said they didn't receive my order so they were waiting for it to come in. I already thought it was weird because 5 minutes is plenty of time for a mobile order to come in, but hey, what do I know? I took a seat and continued to wait and after about 10 minutes someone asked for my name again and looked in their system and was like, "let's wait for it to come in" as if that wasn't what I was already doing. Then, they ignored me for about another 15 minutes as I sat directly in front of their register. They just continued to help other customers that were walking in and just pretended like I didn't exist until a new employee walked in and asked me what I was waiting for and searched for my order again in their system, couldn't find it, and then proceeded to open their printing component to dislodge a paper jam.
Finally, my order printed out. So the other employees there didn't know that a paper jam could have been the cause of the problem and just didn't bother helping or asking anyone who might have known the issue? Who knows how long I would've been waiting there.
Then, after printing out my order they ignored me again and began helping the people who had JUST ARRIVED to the restaurant. I had to wait another 5 minutes before they actually packed my order. And finally, I asked for Chilli Sauce too and they didn't...
Read moreI am a long time customer of Panda Express for the taste and quality of food. During yesterday’s visit, an unpleasant incident happened. I ordered a bigger plate (fried rice, angus steak, kung pao ckn, sweet fire ckn brst), one medium chowmein, 1 entree of veg spring roll (2pc) and one ckn egg roll. The cashier billed it wrongly by putting the ckn egg roll in the bigger plate and billed separately for the sweet fire ckn brst. This was going to cost me $3 extra and I mentioned it to her. She along with the server behaved rudely with me and were reluctant to change the bill. This incident happened once earlier also but I did not correct them at that time. I am not worried about the extra bill but it was their behavior that made me upset. Later, they did change the bill and it was lower than what they billed previously. The stuff should be more courteous to the customers. I understand that mistakes can happen, but you should also politely admit that. That’s the minimum courtesy you should show!

Read morePre-ordered via DoorDash for a pickup 15 minutes ahead of time considering there is no where to park, no standing zones and bus stops nearby. When you enter the establishment there is large, bold signage saying to head to the front/register area for pickup/delivery orders. The cashier was completing someones check out, I was patiently waiting behind them and as she was done literally flagged the next customer down to check out there meals. I had to announce that I was picking up an order and she then asked the name of the order, checked the phone screen, etc. The pre-ordered pickup/delivery orders are kept behind the counter and not on the nearby shelving. If someone is standing there, not on the main line and to pickup as the signs indicate, you cannot just ignore them and assume they are loitering in the restaurant or something. There needs to be a more streamlined and direct pickup experience. The food overall was as expected of Panda Express, the rice was however slightly under cooked and the meat portion size is skimpy.
