I give 3 stars where the sandwich is good, but nothing phenomenal, the staff is friendly and the service was fast. The cold cuts were fresh as they had a machine to cut it for your sandwich. When i entered there were a lot of delivery personals waiting to pick up the order and with their giant backpacks it wasn’t easy to navigate. So highly recommend the management finding a solution for the delivery people backpacks somewhere or a system as the place is small on the customer side. The sandwich i got was customized Bologna where I substitute the provolone with burrata and this costed me an extra $5 ! Which is ridiculous in my opinion. Paid $17.96 for this sandwich which is good and fresh but doesn’t show the value, like no arugula was added or olive paste… and if you want to add those it comes at a cost ($1+) each so like you will end up paying $20-25 with tips for a sandwich. Which is a lot in my opinion . Other italian sandwiches in the city coating $25 offer more options to add in the sandwich to a point where you can’t even hold the sandwich in one hand to eat and I would personally eat it for 2 meals a day. But this is not the case for this sandwich. If prices were more logical or i can add as many toppings for free I would come back to this place. As if right now i can’t see the value of my $20 i paid (incl tips) for...

Read more3.5 stars. So much potential to be higher but falls short. Ingredients are good quality, but after my second visit, I can’t get past the $17 - $19 sandwiches which are mostly bread. The cost cutting strategy of the fillings is so obvious, and makes the sandwiches taste imbalanced. Mortadella is essentially tasty Italian boloney and the cheapest cold cut. The $14 sandwich had one thin layer of 3 or 4 shaved mortadella pieces and 3 tiny triangles of provolone and olive oil (nothing else). It tasted only like bread. Portion is a joke. The meatballs themselves are excellent, and this sandwich is good, but again if you added a bit more meatball, the sandwich would be great and wouldn’t feel like an $18 rip off. Eggplant parm, again the thinnest later of eggplant. I tossed aside half the bread and ate it open faced so I could enjoy some flavor. You can tell when you lift the sandwiches how unusually overly light they are. Anyway, balance the sandwiches and the flavor, and this place...
