This was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. We ordered on Seamless/Grubhub. The deliveryman left quickly, but we almost immediately realized we were given someone else’s order. We’re vegetarian and there were only meat-heavy dishes in the bag. We tried to call the restaurant many times, but it didn’t ring and we heard a message informing us that the line was disconnected. I went down 20 blocks to the restaurant to give back the incorrect order and ask for our order. Instead of attempting to reconcile it, the manager picked a fight with me and repeatedly insisted that the incorrect order was not the restaurant’s fault. He touched me on the arm in a failed attempt to be reassuring that came across as very aggressive. Then he told me, “Patiently wait over there” while they tried to reach the delivery driver. I saw no attempts to contact the delivery driver. After 5 minutes of patiently waiting, the manager walked clear across the room, got very close to me, and picked a fight again, continuing to insist that it's not the restaurant’s fault and that I shouldn’t be upset. It took approximately 25 minutes for them to finally agree to make us the correct order. They already had our order with vegetarian specifications, but they asked for it again anyway and I was very clear about what we wanted. When I did eventually get our order, I confirmed again that it was vegetarian. When I got home and opened the order, we saw that 2/3 of the items had chicken. Since we were extremely and repeatedly clear about our dietary restrictions, we have reason to believe that this was done intentionally. At first where we got seated and the guy waiter handed me out the menu. He was very nice and everything because I told him I dont mind if he charges me extra for pho broth soup instead he offered it for free.
But with meal it went disappointment. I will specify on my review what exactly I ordered. From noodles soup I ordered #21 Pho chay (vegetarian broth pho), from vermicelli I ordered #22 Bun shop (#1 favorite), from sandwiches H Vegetarian soy tofu sandwich and the last one was crispy shrimp roll.
All food came out at the same time but except for 1 item. 20 minutes of wait for pho! After I got seated 10 min later a lady walked in and ordered pho I guess. She got her pho but after 20 minutes I asked the waitress where is my pho she was like "oh is coming" I told her i ordered noodles soup 2 min later a guy waiter coming out with crispy roll.
Excuse me I did NOT ORDER CRISPY ROLL I ordered vegetarian pho!! Lady comes back out saying oh he didn't put the order in. The lady who went inside kitchen came back out said "they are making it so it's coming that's where my disappointment got started. She could have said sorry for the wait. But none of these workers said SORRY! No apologetic you were the one that made a mistake first thing is first you must say sorry to the customer that been waiting for a pho for 20 minutes straight!

I had to wait thirty minutes to get the order, but only after some persistent check-ins. The issue is not that I had to wait thirty minutes for my order to be ready - the restaurant just opened and the kitchen was getting up and running - I get that. The MAIN ISSUE is that there were around 10 dine-in tables that came in after me, the vast majority of which were served before I received my pick up order. Some of them finished before I even got my order. When I checked in on my order and complained, I demanded a refund, but they kept asking me for my ticket order. A minute later, the woman still hadn't gone to the kitchen and clearly forgot I even checked in.
Clearly, they prioritize dine-in customers because it looks better that way and for the gratuity. They do not appear to care about their pick-up order only customers.
