Pi Bakery is the Acropolis of Mediterranean Taste of Lower Manhattan. Every product is made by Greek Chef and authentic imported ingredients. Most of expatriots, celebrities and those who are after such healthy food style have made Pi Bakery as their Dinning Table. The variety starts with fresh and organic juices, teas and lemonates to healthy breakfast with organic yogurt combined with berries, granola, nuts, honey depending on your taste, the sesame kouluri with mozzarella, tomato, basil; or salami, greek cheese, rocca; or cucumber and yogurt; and much more to the Lunch menues of different combos of leek, green harvest, zucchini veggie pies and mousaka or pasticio with a blossom of different salads, dolmas and feta. A special section is that of local mediterranean reciped dishes that you might get a chance to try only if you travelled abroad. The staff is very perceptive of customer's needs and quick to attend with kindness and smile. They never seem to be be bothered when families with children come around. Ive noticed that staff help mothers to fascilitate them with various things...a mug a hot water to warm up milk, a comforting word to the child in distress and of course a cookie. Pi Bakery is also Pet friendly. The music varies from the time of the day and quite mood uplifting. If you cannot make it and have family or business events, they deliver in five borroughs including NJ. The owners are those hard working people that put others first and care to not only buid businesses but communities that tie worlds without end. Thank you for making a difference...
Read moreAfter returning from a soul-stirring vacation in Greece, I found myself yearning for the rich, savory simplicity of authentic Mediterranean flavors—especially those found in Greek desserts, where tradition meets indulgence. Enter Pi Bakerie, an unassuming jewel tucked away in Lower Manhattan that transported me instantly back to the sun-drenched streets of Athens and the island charm of Santorini.
Among the many delights, it was their Greek orange cake that truly stole the show. Moist, fragrant, and flawlessly balanced between citrus and sweetness, it is a masterclass in restraint and richness. The texture speaks of careful craftsmanship, and every bite evokes the warmth of a home-baked Greek classic elevated by artisanal finesse.
The pricing? Entirely justified by the quality. The service? Impeccable—attentive yet unintrusive, delivered with a warmth that mirrors the hospitality of the Aegean. The ambiance is a love letter to Hellenic culinary heritage: comforting, elegant, and quietly transporting.
Pi Bakerie is more than a bakery—it is a curated experience of Greek flavors brought lovingly to New York. A rare, underrated treasure that deserves both applause and repeat visits. A standing ovation to the team for preserving and sharing such scrumptious authenticity.
P.S. This is not a paid endorsement—just the heartfelt praise of a very satisfied sweet-toothed...

The worker scolded me and and tried to instruct me to throw out garbage like i was a child …at her own worksite. i frequently visit this location and enjoy it. As a patron, i expect professionalism and proper customer service when i visit. their behavior is inappropriate and someone should advise them on proper customer service skills. they cant seem to handle their jobs
-reply to team. You staff tried to give my order to another customer which in turn left my own item covered in a foreign sauce. They gave me a dirty bag? when i tried to ask for a new one i was ignored and replaced it myself. I was not throwing my trash on the counter. i never have an issue in this establishment. I am also a student. Not sure why that is relevant. Very strange to discourage patronage from customer who enjoys your food and tips but...
