Fantastic team! We worked with Celeste and Matteo in connection with our relocation from Europe to NYC. As first-timers in the NYC housing market, it seemed like a daunting challenge but from our first call we knew we were in good hands. They are very attentive, professional, efficient and very easy to communicate with (even across time zones) and ensured that we had all paperwork in order before we started our search.

Once we landed, Matteo had already set up multiple viewings and was flexible and attentive to our needs once we reconsidered the neighborhoods we originally thought we wanted to be located in. Matteo had not only a positive can-do attitude but also an obvious intimate knowledge of the NYC rental market and provided valuable insights for our search.

Once we found the right apartment, Matteo assisted us with the viewing, application process, credit approval, signing and take-over of the apartment. Needless to say, we strongly recommend the Celeste Pandhi Team to anyone considering finding an apartment in NYC and will definitely be working...

Moving from another country and looking for an apartment in NYC would have been a daunting task had it not been for the amazing team - Celeste, Matteo and Shauna at Sothebys.

Celeste did a few introductory calls with us. She was great at orienting us to the city even before we got here and helping short list apartments. Shauna was the super efficient BTS person who would schedule appointments at lightning speed and update the list even on weekends. And Matteo was so awesome. He was the one who took us to apartment visits. Was always incredibly friendly and gave us so much info on how the real estate market works, what to look for in apartments and read us very well on what we may or may not like.

The team was very professional and relentless in getting us what we wanted. The paper work was quick. They were very clear on what all was needed so it made the transaction uncomplicated in the end.

I absolutely cannot recommend Celeste and her team any higher. We have been thinking about a New York City apartment for years. We had a few false starts, but she stayed the course with us and never made us feel guilty that we were not following through when life took us in different directions. When we came back to her with new ideas, she had us work with our colleague Mitch, who found the perfect solutions to our complicated wants and needs. Having never purchased in New York City, but having purchased in several other areas, this was a completely new process.
