2 years ago I had an accident jumping from care taker to care taker. There's no group as great as Ray - chiro, Eon - physical therapy, Kim- NP, James, and front office staff. This office gives it all - acupuncture, even exercise routine on site and to go home to accelerate your progress. They take the time to know you and call you by your first name. They nursed be back to health, I Will always be grateful. We became family. An old friend introduced me I traveled over an hour for care. They thought I was crazy, but when you find something good you keep it.

So after my second accident I didn't have to think who i should see first or where I should go. I took the other passengers with me as well.

Kim the nurse practitioner is caring knowledgeable and gave me the injections to help with my tight muscles relax instantaneously then Eon Stretched me like no body can. I highly recommend seeing this group of professionals if you are serious about your health and getting back to living life the way...

Everyone gets old and starts having issues here and there, and it is finally HITTING me! I woke up one day with pain in my left arm and I ignored for weeks thinking it would go away, and it didn't.

I am so glad I came to this physical therapy clinic in my neighborhood. It is my first time and I felt significantly better after just one week of treatment.

Here are a few highlights: This practice has nurse practitioner, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, gym all in one. So I was able to see multiple providers in one appointment and only pay the co-pay once Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable Call ahead for them to make sure your insurance works with them, even if it looks like it might be out-of-network I was able to book next day appointment and receive immediate relief (compared to the other place I called which had a week wait time)

The only thing I would say could be improved for the future would be to make the clinic nicer and...

I have been to a few different chiropractors over the years and after one visit at Forest Hills Rehabilitation I can say this is the best experience I have ever had. Even after just one visit I felt better than I had in months. The office is very clean and updated, the exam was thorough (I met with both Dr. Van Daly & Joe the Nurse Practitioner). It was very comprehensive and I was not rushed. I do not feel like I was pushed into an excessive amount of treatments for money purposes or anything, and I feel Dr. Van Daly was very honest with me in regards to my treatment plan and what is needed going forward. In addition, I finally have some sort of idea of what's wrong with my back and why after so many years of treatment it hasn't actually improved with other providers!! With the combination of chiropractic + physical therapy (also offered in office) I am excited to see...
