I’ve ordered delivery with Pino’s a few times before and have enjoyed their food overall (the previous delivery I ordered was a perfect pie). But unfortunately, my most recent experience was bad. I ordered garlic knots and a personal pie with pepperoni and anchovies (pictured below). I ate half the pizza and all the garlic knots. Everything tasted fine, but about six hours later I felt nauseous. I’ll spare the details but I had a mild case of food poisoning, I believe attributable to the anchovies. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt here but in good faith I am sharing my experience as a precaution. They are hit or miss it seems these days, given other recent reviews.

extremely disappointed. was a regular customer. I always order Alfredo but this time it happened to arrive completely undercooked. As you can see, the picture on the left, it looks like a soupy mess. I ended up having to reduce the heavy cream myself. I called to report concern regarding the food being undercooked & was told they would remake the food for me. Upon arrival, the delivery driver proceeded to yell at me requesting to give him the dish I initially received. I let him know that I had “recooked” it & he proceeded to yell at me. I am not sure what exactly what wrong but I provided him with the cooked food & he left. Not sure I’d recommend in the future.

I was working on Valentine’s Day & needed to treat myself to some pasta so I ordered Shrimp Scampi from here. I was excited that the pasta was delivered in a pizza box. Everything was secured and no leaks were there! They even included cheese in addition to the utensils. The portion was great and it was a great ratio of pasta. The only downfall was that it was way too lemony for me. It was just very overwhelming, I even removed the lemons that came on top. There was garlic bread and it was seasoned well, but it was just a bit too hard to my liking (I like soft bread). I feel like it could’ve been that batch and I’m willing to try again!

I've ordered from Pino's maybe 8-10 times, but my two most recent experiences have deterred me from giving them any more business. A month ago, I ordered a vegan cheese, vegan sausage, and mushroom pizza for delivery. It arrived late, but I tipped anyway. To my surprise, it was dairy cheese with pork sausage. I called Pino's to notify them, and the delivery driver returned with the correct pizza, retrieved the older one, and asked me for $10 more, as the vegan pizza cost more.

Recently, I ordered a vegan pizza with vegan sausage, tomato, and mushroom. I was missing my sausage, and the price was different from usual, despite typically ordering the same thing. After contacting Pino's, the manager stated he'd take care of me with a free pizza next time. However, when I ordered again, the "free" pizza was just $6 off. They only discounted the sausage, even tho they stated otherwise. Also half of the typical amount of sausage lol. Based on my experience, their customer service could use some...

I ordered thru UberEats on a whim, and lemme tell you-- I was floored. I'm from Brooklyn and had the biggest craving for regular pizza but it's sooooo hard to come by east of Prospect, especially these days. Everyone does all these bougie frou frou slices! No one understands the art of making dough. BUT PINOS?? PINOS LA FORCHETTA??? One bite and you can tell that these pies are created with the hands of a master.

I genuinely teared up on that first thin, crisp, cheesy bite. The sauce is NOT SWEET!!!!!! Not too salty either. The crust was buttery and fluffy but not in a pan pizza type of a way. Other items were fantastic as well-- rolls, hero's, sides, etc. Everything is incredibly fresh, well seasoned and adequately portioned.

PS-- I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT THIS PLACE EXISTED!!! This was my Mom's favorite pizzeria 😭 After ordering from them 3 days in a row lol, I remembered that she would take us to Pino's after visiting Barnes N Noble.

Thank you for the memories Pino's La...

Our experiences have mostly been with take-out. They have a friendly staff, they are clean, efficient, and pretty fast. We order fairly frequently, found the food to be really good, and have been enthusiastic about everything we ever ordered. Our orders have included the dinners, the side orders, the wraps, the rolls, and of course the pizza. To anyone who had just one less-than-happy-experience with any food or delivery, you really should try again before giving up. Some dishes improve, or have a bad batch, or just change over time. If something ever went wrong, any time I called about it, they would be gracious and accommodating. For over fifteen years, this business has been consistent in treating me with sincere respect...
