PIZZA CITY — Restaurant in New York

This place has awful customer service that pins their mistakes on customers. I put an order for a pie for pickup and had multiple friends who heard my order when I called and corroborated that I put the correct order in. When I picked up it turned out they messed up my pie, and the man working the counter, Pedro Vazquez, refused to simply make me a new pie even though HE was the one who messed up. The ridiculous thing is that I said I would have waited for the new pie but the guy just refused to admit he made a mistake and refused to make a new one. He was also incredibly rude. This has been multiple times now that the people working here have been incredibly rude. Go to the tens of other pizza places...

This place was definitely overrated. (Of course, you expect that when there are only 18 reviews)

Decent tasting sauce, generous amount of cheese. Slice was undercooked. Crust was gummy with ordinary flavor. Cheese was just melted, not browned.

Overall, the parts aren't bad, they're just not put together the best way. I suspect his oven isn't hot enough. I would cook in a hotter oven, for a longer period of time. This would crisp up the crust, and add more flavor to the cheese, making it a much...
