Where do I begin? Customer service at the store on Marcus Garvey Blvd is horrible!! I made a carryout order for stuff crust pizza, Cinnabon & bacon breadsticks. When I arrived the lady asked for my name and I had to wait even thobi was there 1st in line.(delivery driver skipped me in front of her). Then I looked into their open kitchen to see this young black man looking at me then moves to the side and I can literally here him whisper to his many co workers "that's the guy" then they all start laughing(check your cameras on the receipt that I provide on that day.) So I was given my order and being that this place never gets my soda order right I said to myself "let me check" and sure enough the Cinnabons were actually cinnastix & there were no bacon on the breadsticks. I told the lady she said they ran out. Umm ok why are you being deceitful? Why not state that upon my arrival. Then she says to the manager "we are out of Cinnabon & bacon breadsticks" ummm, the customers are the ones you suppose to tell that to first. Manager approves this tho as she did absolutely NOTHING. It took 3 of them to figure out how to give my refund!!! I don't even think I got my total refund back if ya ask me. But I will DEFINITELY leave this place for the gutter rats who want to be treated this way I have way better options than this place. I just like the rewards they give that's about it bit ill just spend good money for good service next time...after I pick up my free rewards pizza of course. Oh and I've always have problems with a 2 liter Pepsi being delivered. They always give me a cherry Pepsi and never refund my money and always promises for the next time. They are really some lying scumbags in that place AVOID IF SMART!!!!! And dough for stuff crust is undercooked. Threw up eat...

I came here on Halloween day at ~6pm with my 3 year old who is autistic. There were 15 other ppl waiting for their order that was left sitting unattended - mine included. After 10-15 min. Of waiting for someone to start passing out orders, I was being completely ignored several times after politely telling them my order is ready. My son was crying & screaming & I was repeatedly being ignored. 10-15 min later - another customer shouted to the employee "are you not going to assist him?". This was the only time that they had assisted me in a rude demeanor. It was the most embarrassing experience & was extremely insulting. It was as if the employee was purposefully assisting her own kind first, and ignored me for being Hispanic. & the cherry on top - no manager or supervisor on-site. This neighborhood would be better off if this location was permanently closed or under new mgmt. Otherwise, the worse pizza hut location in brooklyn. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!! The manager is amazing. He prides himself on customer service. Door dash delivers for them so they really have no control how quick you get your order. My son wanted pizza one even three weeks ago. The manager was hospitable and apologetic. He remade the order and it arrived the second time. I visited the store and thanked him. He also is very caring towards his workers, as I was at the store. One of the Dashers came to pick up food and it was not ready he began to yell at the female associate. The manager asked what’s wrong and directed the associate to the food. He explained to the dasher which was a male you don’t have to yell and respect was required for his associate. Her face was at ease knowing he had her back.
