Rainbow Shops — Local services in New York

Never again will this store get my support . I have orientation tomorrow so my husband took me to this store since we saw it was open until 8:30. We walk in and i just scan the store looking for something that looks dressy then i see it so i began to try and put something together that looks nice and of course asking my husband what looks nice . As i’m doing this i notice a sales rep to my left on the rack that we are on ( never once asked me did i need help) just act like she was fixing the rack then i wanted shoes to match and guess what the same sales rep and now another rep with a radio follows me down stairs and says (going down stairs )on the radio ,mind you i’m the only customer down stairs . I asked the shoe rep at the desk downstairs did she have my size in black she said no and then tried to show me another pair but we’re not my size ,she was so helpful and sweet . I then went back up stairs and guess who follows me ?The two sales reps that followed me downstairs ,then i go by the jewelry to get matching jewelry and guess who’s by the counter of course the two sales reps that were following me the whole time and they are saying to employees and a customer at the desk she’s trying to steal and the customers said oh wow ,i then walked up again no on said anything to me i paid for my things and left . If it wasn’t for me needing this for my orientation tomorrow i would have just left everything .I’m so disgusted with the way they...

Rainbow is a fun place to shop for inexpensive clothing that lasts about two years. Nothing fancy. This location is nice but the staff is so bitter and not very friendly. I can't speak about the entire staff but the few I encountered - get a grip! If you are so miserable then find another job They have on the website closing at 9pm but when I got there they were already closed and said their hours are till 830pm. Well...

Nice store and alot to choose from. They have a downstairs where they sell shoes and some clothing. They keep a nice selection of dress clothes and casual. I shop here for shirts and slacks. They have plus size clothing also but not a huge selection. Its more toward the register and a section on the side of it where they keep the bags and pocketbooks.
