Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Literally one of the worst Popeyes in queens!!! I normally place my order for pickup and usually go to pick it up 10-15 minutes after I order and every time it’s never ready my ticket just sits there and the staff just standing around talking never really doing anything nor is it busy so today I was like I’ll just order it and pick it up 20 minutes later only for me to get there same thing only 1 customer in there ticket just sitting in the counter and I’m literally irritated because it’s so annoying I only have a 30 minutes lunch it’s already 10 minutes to go pick it up only for me to still get there and my order still isn’t made. They never apologize or acknowledge their wrong...

Very bad service, one guy in front of me complained that his order was wrong, another lady came up to the counter right after to return her food because the chicken was extremely dry and not tasty. The third customer was told to pay an additional quarter for a small sauce on a large order. As soon as I got up to the counter I was told that they didn't accept cards with a machine right in front of me....cash only.....use the ATM to get money for your food. This location needs to seriously get their SH*T together. No smiles, no greetings.... everyone looks extremely upset working here. I don't recommend...

Ordered a 5 piece spicial, $8.99 and flounder sandwich combo 6.49, online! Pickup was great, got home and the fish sandwich was a chicken sandwich 😡, called the store and someone decided to answer 25 minutes later, the impolite unprofessional man I spoke to, explanation was they don’t even sell the fish sandwich anymore, the can’t remove it from online menu ! Why have it on the menu if you doesn’t even service the item, He decided to give my husband a coleslaw for his worries, didn’t offer a refund! This is ridiculous, will report to consumer...
