Besides the 10/15 min wait just to get the to register and the entire pos center had disconnected from the server. The manager at the time was in a panic to the point where he literally attempted to tell myself and other customers behind me that they were gonna closed because of the issue instead of making due and selling all that chicken instead of wasting it people were hungry. Another young lady was there I can't remember her name but she said she just started and had glasses on and light skin I believe her name begins with an A but she definitely held it down she had her game face on and made sure orders were goin out and made the necessary steps to assist her manager on duty as fast as she can make to things happens with everything going on. She didn't give me the impression that things were going on and she handled it like as if she was the manager on duty and I recommend and highly suggest you look into giving this young lady a management position because she definitely impressed me and this was at 11/1130pm...

Price was awesome with mobile app. Like for real. Fed a family of four for $12.97. Ain’t even gonna hold you up. However comma, customer service is bahdooky. Beach gave me zero napkins and didn’t offer any sauce for the tenders. Actually turned her back in us and stood there whole time while I patiently waited for her to turn around and talk to me. Line was building up and all. Trash. Even the bum asking for change in the parking lot knew the customer service was operating at 15%. I can’t believe they are choosing to make sales by ripping people off. I’ve been coming for the 8 piece nuggets for 3 days straight and tonight I got surprised with the manager doubling the price. Instead of 3.99 (which still showed on the menu to be the price) the manager chose to higher the price to $6.99 for an 8pc. I had gone out of my way to come here and so I ended being the fool paying $15 for two 8pcs.

This should be recognized as an illegal way to make sales. If you go online the price is still 3.99. Only in person orders are being adjusted. It makes no sense. It’s a messed up way to make your sale goals. This manager needs to get fired for...
